How to Download UP NEET Rank List 2025 pdf?

The UP NEET MBBS Rank List is released separately for each round of counselling. A total of three merit lists are published online. Candidates who have qualified for the NEET 2025 and have submitted the Registration Form of UP shall be eligible to have their names on the merit list. So, the step by step process to check and download the UP MBBS 2025 Merit List is as follows-

• Visit the official website of UP MBBS/ BDS – www.updgme.in
• Click on the Merit List Link available on the Homepage section
• The Merit List is displayed on the screen.
• To check your name from the UP NEET Merit List Result, click on CTRL+F and enter your name.
• If your name is in the rank list, then it is highlighted.
• Download and take the printout of the Merit List.

UP MBBS/ BDS Tie-Breaking Criteria

If more than one candidate scores the same number of marks, then Admission Conducting Authority performs the tie-breaking criteria for the candidates. The tie-breaking criteria are done to provide a fair marking and selection of the candidates. Hence, the UP NEET Tie-Breaking Criteria follows the following pattern-

• Firstly, the candidate with more marks in Biology is given priority.
• If the tie still exists, then the candidate with more marks in Chemistry is placed higher on the rank list.
• Then, if the tie still exists, then the candidate with less no. of wrong responses is preferred.
• If nothing works, the older candidate is preferred and given a higher rank.

After the release of the Merit List, the shortlisted candidate has to attend the UP MBBS Document Verification Round. It is compulsory for all merit list students to participate in the UP MBBS Counselling. The students who are absent on the day of counselling shall further lose out their seats. In addition, the process of document verification and seat allotment is carried out in this admission round. The list of documents that the students must have is provided below.
