The BHU Entrance Exam Date 2020 will be available on the official website of Banaras Hindu University. Therefore, candidates who are interested in taking admission to B.Ed course offered by the University must keep themselves updated with the latest released information which is available on the official website of the University. BHU B.Ed Application Form 2020
BHU B.Ed Application Form will be available online on the BHU test portal which was also accessible through the official website (www.bhu.ac.in) of the university. The online application form will release in February 2020. The application process is completed only after the payment of the required application fee for the programme. How To Pay The Application Fee For BHU B.Ed 2020
After the online application has been filled, the following options will be available for payment of the entrance fees:
- Online payment through credit card/debit card through the payment gateway.
- Payment of Entrance Test Fee in Cash through “Challan” in any branch of HDFC Bank. This can be done in the following steps:
After filling up the application form, its submission and selecting this mode for payment, the candidate can print the Challan from the entrance test portal.
The candidate was required to visit any branch of the HDFC Bank of his/her choice (only during banking hours on any banking day) where he/she was required to deposit the requisite Fee amount to the Bank.
Important Instructions While Filling Up BHU B.Ed Form 2020
Candidates must follow the below-given instructions while filling the form
- Get your photograph and signature scanned beforehand.
- The photograph should be in .jpg format.
- Size of the photograph and the signature should not exceed 100kb.
- For scanning, purpose uses black sketch pen for signature.
- It is required that you affix the photograph on the print out of Admit card. Therefore, keep sufficient copies of the photograph used for scanning.
BHU B.Ed Eligibility Criteria 2020
The candidates who will be applying for BHU entrance exam 2020 must go through the BHU B.Ed eligibility as prescribed by the examination conducting body of the University. The eligibility will be mentioned as per the guidelines by the authorities responsible for the admission of the candidates to B.Ed course of 2 years. The eligibility is the minimum criteria set up for the candidates in order to apply for the course in which they desire to take the admission. It is advised to the aspirants that they must go through the details mentioned in the Information Brochure which was also released along with the Application Form very thoroughly and must make sure that they fulfil the eligibility as mentioned. Only after satisfying the eligibility, they must proceed with the Application Form further. Candidates not abiding by the mentioned criteria will not be admitted to the course.

- Candidates holding a Bachelor’s degree and/or Master’s degree with at least 50% marks in Science/Social Sciences/Humanities/Commerce.
Candidates holding a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technology with specialization in science or Mathematics with a minimum of 55% marks.
- A candidate shall be eligible to only one of the given groups and to qualify for that he/she must have had at least one of the subjects falling under the group as the main subject during his/her graduation or post-graduation.

BHU B.Ed Admit Card 2020
The Admit card of Banaras Hindu University B.Ed Entrance Test 2020 will be released by the examination conducting body on the official website of the University. It is important for the candidates that they must keep the track of the Admit card and must keep checking the date of the release of the Admit card. It is a mandatory document which must be presented on the day of the exam by the candidate as it provides validity to the candidate who will be appearing for the entrance exam and its absence will prohibit the candidate from appearing for the entrance test. BHU B.Ed Answer Key 2020
The Answer Key of BHU B.Ed entrance exam 2020 will be released by the University on its official website. The Answer Keys will be available for all the three sets of entrance exam under all the groups (Languages, Mathematics, Sciences, Humanities and Social Sciences). Candidates who appeared for the entrance exam can go through the correct answers in the Answer Key. Then cross-check the ones marked by them in the entrance exam. The Answer Key will help in the correct evaluation of marks as to be secured by the candidate in the exam.
The relevance of the BHU UET Answer Key released by the examination conducting body of the University is that it will help the candidates in estimating their possible score. It will determine whether they will be able to secure a seat in the B.Ed course offered by Banaras Hindu University for the session of 2020-2021. The candidate must download the PDF copy in which the Answer Key will be available as per on the date announced by the examination conducting body of the University. The University also provides an opportunity of objecting the Answer in the Answer Key if the candidate finds it to be incorrect. BHU B.Ed 2020 Result
Candidates who appeared for the BHU B.Ed entrance exam will be able to check their result by providing the required credentials. BHU B.Ed result will also be sent to the candidate through her/his registered Email ID and Mobile Number. The candidates who successfully appeared for the entrance exam will be able to check the Result of BHU. The BHU B.Ed Result will be available in an online mode and the candidates will be able to access it as per on the scheduled date as announced by the examination conducting body. It must be noted that the credentials entered in the login section of the result must be valid and correct. The candidate will not be able to access the Result if wrong information provided.
After the few days of the declaration of BHU UET Result, the candidate will also be provided with the scorecard which will mention the marks secured by the candidate, subjects for which she/he appeared for, status of the Result and other important details relevant for the candidates and the instructions to be followed by the candidate after the result declaration. It must be noted by the candidate that the University will also release the Merit List. Merely qualifying the entrance test will not provide any form of assurance for the admission and the final seat allotment will only be through the Counselling.
BHU B.Ed Merit List 2020
The Merit List of BHU 2020 will also be released in an online mode on the official website of the University. Candidates who will successfully appear for the entrance test and qualify the entrance test will be eligible to go through the Merit list which will be available on the official website of the University. The candidates who will be mentioned in the Merit List of BHU B.Ed 2020 will be eligible to appear for the counselling which will also be conducted by the University. The selection of the candidates in the Merit List will be on the basis of the marks secured in the entrance test, rank secured and the category the candidate is from. Only the selected candidates will be called for the counselling and they will have to report at the allotted centre as provided by the University in the counselling centre.
BHU B.Ed Counselling 2020 – Date and Procedure
The candidates who will be able to qualify the entrance test and will be mentioned in the Merit list published by the examination conducting body of the University will have to appear for the counselling. The University organizes counselling in order to allot seats to the candidates who will be provided with the counselling letter inviting them for the procedure further. The candidate must go through the notification of the BHU B.Ed Counselling thoroughly and must make sure to follow each procedure very carefully. The candidate will have to register themselves in an online mode and provide the preference of the college and the course as per the choice. The candidate will be provided with an option of a change in preference if they wanted otherwise must report at the verification centre with all the important documents. The candidate will be provided with a provisional allotment letter and will have to report at the allotted college along with the Admission fee and the documents.
The BHU B.Ed 2020 Counselling Procedure will involve the following steps
- Online preference entry: On receiving the call letter, the candidate must log in to www.bhuonline.in and fill up the preference entry form where he/she shall be required to select the desired course, location and seat type (regular fee or paid seat).
- Activity on the day of counselling:
- one can change the preference, which was entered online, at this stage.
- Request the Counseling Centre/Venue Incharge for change. After preference entry form is finalized, get its printout, sign it and submit it along with other required original documents at the Verification Desk.
- Preference Entry Form once signed and confirmed by a Candidate on the Counseling Date shall be final and shall not be changed later.
- On receiving the provisional admission letter, the fee can be paid online through credit/debit card through the online entrance portal or in cash at the fee counters.
- Activity on the next day of counselling date
- Candidates must submit the proof of payment of admission fee to the Counseling Centre/Venue Incharge latest by 04:00 pm on the next day (not required if paid online).
- Failure of submission may lead to cancellation of the admission.

The following documents need to be produced at the time of admission should the candidate clear the entrance examination.
- Transfer Certificate.
- (Migration Certificate, if passed from a university other than BHU (To be submitted not later than 90 days of admission).
- High School Certificate/equivalent Certificate.
- Intermediate (+2) Certificate/equivalent Certificate.

- Mark sheet of the Qualifying Examination.
- UET Admit Card issued from the office of the Controller of Examinations, BHU.
- SC/ST/OBC Certificate on the basis of which reserved quota seat is claimed.
- Certificate(s) in support of a claim for ‘Sports Seats’.
- Certificate of being the son/daughter of a permanent in-service employee/Retired/Reemployed/ Deceased employee of BHU in the prescribed format issued by the Central Registry.
With the latest released notification, NCTE (National Council for Teacher Education) has proposed to launch the 4 years Integrated Teachers Education Programme (ITEP) with the best teachers practices in the world for the session 2019-2023. The purpose of this course is to enrich the engagement of teacher and students and to increase the quality of classroom teaching. Candidates who are interested in planning their career in teaching will be eligible to apply for this course after completing their 12th and must have secured 50% of marks. The exam conducting body has invited Applications from the Universities/colleges in order to acquire a recognition/permission to 4 years Integrated Teachers Education Programme (ITEP).
