UP State Paramedical Admissions Eligibility Criteria
It is very important for all the applicants to satisfy the eligibility criteria. Candidates who do not satisfy the criteria are not eligible for admission. Thus, do check out the eligibility criteria carefully as otherwise your candidature may get cancelled at any stage of admission. Further, the UP Paramedical Eligibility Criteria is as follows:
- The applicant must have passed the intermediate exam from a recognized institute. Wherein, the institute should be recognized by the Central Government or Uttar Pradesh Government.
- In addition, the candidate should have studied the 12th class with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/ Mathematics.
- The candidate should have passed the qualifying exam with 40% marks.
- The applicant should have attained the minimum age of 17 years as on or before 31st December 2019.
- Note that no age relaxation is provided.
UP Paramedical Application Procedure 2025
The step by step UP Paramedical 2025 Application Process is as follows:
- Visit the official website of Uttar Pradesh State Medical Faculty – www.upsmfac.org
- On the home page, click on the “Apply Now” button.
- Then a set of instructions appears on the screen. Read all the instructions carefully and click on the continue button.
- Further, click on the ” New Application Form”.
- Then the form appears on the screen. Start filling the form and make sure that you provide the correct information.
- After filling and checking the details, save them.
- In addition, then you get an ID and password, which shall be required for further processes.
- Further, candidates are supposed to upload all the important documents.
- Then to successfully submit the form, it is important that the candidates pay the application fee. Note that the payment can be done through Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Net Banking.
Finally, click on “Print Form” and take a clear printout of the filled application form. Moreover, the format in which the documents should be uploaded is as follows:

UP Paramedical Selection Process
As mentioned above, no entrance exam is conducted. Thus, the students are admitted on the basis of their performance in class 12th. On the basis of received applications and their performance, officials prepare a merit list. However, the admission also depends upon the no. of seats available and the reservation of seats. Therefore, UPSMFAC Admission 2025 shall be purely on the basis of merit.

It is the process of converting marks for concerned subjects from any boards to that of the Intermediate Education Uttar Pradesh. Thus, after marks normalization, the merit list is prepared.
UP State Paramedical Merit List 2025
Uttar Pradesh Paramedical Rank List indicates the names of the selected candidates. The candidates are ranked in order of merit in this list. Candidates’ performance in the qualifying exam is taken into consideration while preparing the merit list. Moreover, only the merit students are eligible for further admission processes. The rank list shall further available online on the official website of UPSMFAC. It is released in PDF format. Thus, the students face no difficulty while downloading the merit list.
UP Paramedical Counselling 2025
The round of counselling begins soon after the result declaration. It is compulsory for all merit students to participate in the UP State Paramedical Counselling. The process of seat allotment and document verification is carried out on the day of counselling. Thus, the candidates have to carry a set of documents for this round. Wherein, it is suggested that you carry both the originals and the photocopies. The date, time, and venue details of the counselling round are published on the official website.
