The Directorate of Medical Counselling conducts Goa MBBS Counselling 2025. The Counselling Procedure of Goa takes place in offline mode. There are three rounds of Counselling, depending on the availability of the seats. For being eligible for Goa MBBS Admissions, it is necessary to qualify for NEET-UG 2025. There are two colleges participating in the admission process-One from Medical and another from Dental. Goa MBBS Counselling 2025
For Goa MBBS Admission Counselling, candidates have to appear in person. In the Counselling Round, candidates have to put their preferences/ choices for colleges or courses. The Admissions for MBBS take place based on NEET UG Scores. It is mandatory to qualify NEET Entrance Exam in order to get admission to Goa MBBS Colleges. Approx 128 Medical Colleges and 38 Dental Colleges are reserved for Goa MBBS Counseling 2025. Further, to not miss out on any of the important events, candidates should be well-versed with counselling schedule.

Goa MBBS Counseling 2025 Procedure
Candidates are called out for Counselling Round based on their State Merit Ranks. In the First Round of Counselling of Goa MBBS 2025, the top 100/ 150 candidates are called out for the Counselling. In Round II Counselling, candidates get a chance to select college and course based on their choices. After the selection of their choices, the authority offers the applicant Medical/ Dental College based on their NEET Score/ Rank. After that, the candidate has to undergo a Document Verification Round, where the candidate has to show the documents of his/ her Identity Proof and other Educational Certificates, etc.
Candidates who fail to attend the counselling round are disqualified from the Goa MBBS Admission Procedure. This admission round is further conducted on different dates and timings.
Goa MBBS Document Verification Round 2025
The Document Verification Round of Goa MBBS is conducted offline as well. In the Document Verification Round, candidates have to show their Proof of Identity Documents and other Educational Qualification Documents. You must bring both the Original and Photocopy of the documents. Candidates must make sure that the documents are self-attested. If you fail to submit any of the documents, then you are provided with a deadline date in order to submit the document. If you still fail to submit the document, then you are disqualified from the Admission procedure.

The Time Allotted to the candidates belonging to different categories is different. The Admission to the candidates in Goa Medical and Dental Colleges is granted purely on a merit basis as per their NEET Scores and Rank.
Goa MBBS Reservation Criteria 2025
Candidates who are claiming for Reservation Criteria have to submit a valid category certificate. Further, the authority reserves a percentage of seats for candidates belonging to reserved categories. Hence, the category-wise no. of seats reserved for each category are mentioned in the table below for reference. The seat allotment process is carried out following the reservation policy only.
