The DU MBBS Counselling 2020 will start in the month of June 2020. Candidates ho have been shortlisted on the DU MBBS Merit List will be eligible to participate in the counselling. However, the selection of the candidates will be on the basis of NEET Scores. The Faculty of Medical Sciences, Delhi is responsible for the DU NEET MBBS Counselling. The Mode of Counselling will take place online. Soon after the Counselling, a Physical Test will also be conducted. However, the Counselling will take place in two to three rounds depending on the availability of the seats. DU MBBS/BDS Counselling 2020

The FMSC MBBS Counselling 2020 will take place soon after the release of the Merit List. Candidates who have been shortlisted in Merit List will be eligible to attend the counseling round. The Counselling will be held for every round of the online registration. There will be two rounds of counselling followed by a Mop-Up Round which will take place after the seats that are left vacant. Candidates who have been allotted college will have to register with FMS. The admission will be given to the candidates based on NEET 2020 UG Result. Candidates will get an admission slip and will be asked to go through a Medical Test. After completing the Medical Test, candidates have to report the allotted college and complete the Document Verification Round and submit the admission fees.

DU MBBS Counselling Procedure 2020

The Step by Step procedure to apply for DU NEET MBBS Counselling is as follows-


Candidates have to register themselves with their NEET 2020 Roll Number and create a password. This Roll Number and Password are the candidate login credentials. Candidates must change their password at frequent intervals.

Choice Locking

After logging in, candidates will find a list of Central and Deemed Universities from where they can choose colleges affiliated to Delhi University. Candidates must note that the one who has qualified the NEET 2020 with qualifying scores will be eligible to attend the DY MBBS Counselling 2020. Candidates must lock in their choices before the deadline date otherwise it will get locked automatically.

Documents Required for DU MBBS Counselling 2020

The following are the documents that are required at the time of DU MBBS Counselling 2019 is as follows-

  1. Scorecard of NEET 2019
  2. NEET Rank Card
  3. Recent Passport Size Photograph
  4. Self-Attested Copy of the following
    • Aadhaar Card
    • Class 10th Marksheet
    • Class 12th Marksheet
    • Pass Certificate of both Class 10th and 12th.
    • Character Certificate issued by the Principal of the Institute last attended or by the Gazetted Officer.
    • Caste Certificate
    • Personality with Disability, if applicable
    • Father’s SC/ST Certificate
    • The person with a disability certificate
    • OBC Certificate (if applicable)
    • Non-Creamy Layer Certificate
    • OCI Card (if applicable)
  5. Certificate from the school from the prescribed proforma
    • The School situated within National Capital Territory Delhi
    • School is situated with CBSE/Council for the Indian School Certificate
    • If the school is conducting regular classes.
  6. Candidates have to submit a demand draft of Rs 1000 which is Non-refundable.
