The candidates who will make it to the merit list will be eligible for admission to the nursing schools of Haryana state. Thus, it is an excellent opportunity for the aspirants of General Nursing Midwifery (GNM) and Auxiliary Nursing Midwifery (ANM) courses. Haryana GNM/ANM Eligibility Criteria

Candidates interested in taking admission have to keep in mind that they must fulfill the Haryana State GNM/ANM Eligibility Criteria. Eligibility criteria define your candidature and are prescribed by the Haryana Nursing Council. Moreover, make sure to check the selection criteria before applying for admission. Only those candidates who will be able to fulfill the minimum educational, as well as age requirements, can successfully register for the same. Failing to do the same will result in the cancellation of the candidature. Furthermore, the eligibility criteria set by the authorities is as follows:

For GNM courses:

  • The applying candidate should not be less than 17 years of age and more than 35 years of age.
  • 10+2 Pass in science stream (PCB) and English with at least 40% of the aggregate marks is more preferable.
  • 10+2 Pass in Arts (Mathematics, Sociology, Political Science, Business Studies, Accountancy, Economics, Home Science, Psychology, etc) from recognized Board/ Institution with minimum 40% marks.
  • Health Care Sciences- Vocational stream only, from recognized Board/ Institution including AISSCE/ CBSE/ ICSE/ HSCE/ SSCE with minimum of 40% of marks.
  • Registered as ANM with State Nursing Registration Council.
  • 10+2 Vocational ANM under CBSE Board or any other equivalent board from the school and recognized by Indian Nursing Council with 40% marks.
  • Students qualified in 10+2 Science and Arts examination or Health Care Science- Vocational Stream only conducted by the National Institute of open school with 40% marks.

For ANM courses:

  • The candidate’s age should not be more than 35 years.
  • However, the minimum age for applying is 17 years on or before 31 December of the year in which the admission is being taken.
  • 10+2 Pass in Arts (Mathematics, Sociology, Political Science, Business Studies, Accountancy, Economics, Home Science, Psychology, etc) from recognized Board/ Institution with minimum 40% marks.
  • Health Care Sciences- Vocational stream only, from recognized Board/ Institution including AISSCE/ CBSE/ ICSE/ HSCE/ SSCE with minimum of 40% of marks.
  • Students qualified in 10+2 Arts or Science examinations conducted by the National Institute of open school with 40% marks.

Haryana GNM/ANM Application Form

Haryana Nursing Registration Form will be available on the official website. Interested candidates can fill the application form at the official website as soon as it will release. However, one has to fill the Haryana State GNM/ANM Online Admission Form within the deadline provided by the authority. Moreover, the authority will not entertain the late submission of the application form. In addition, the registration process is considered complete only after the complete payment of the Registration Fee. Failing to do so might result in the cancellation of the candidature. Usually, the online application process consists of four steps namely Basic Registration, Academic Details, Uploading of scanned images of applicant’s passport size photo, and lastly Application Fee Payment. Only after the completion of all these four steps, the applicant’s candidature is identified.

Haryana GNM/ANM 2020 Admission Procedure

Following is the admission procedure for the candidates applying for ANM GNM Haryana Admission 2020. Make sure to follow the steps carefully in order to register successfully.

  • Firstly, visit the official website of the Haryana Nursing Council.
  • Then click on the Online Application Form Link available on the home page of the website.
  • Thereafter, fill in all the necessary details including Personal details, Educational Qualification details, Uploading scanned images of yours and signature, and Paying the Application Fee.
  • Complete all four steps in order to register successfully.
  • Furthermore, an application form will generate providing you your Application ID and other important instructions one needs to follow.
  • Moreover, your Login ID and Password will be sent to you at your registered email ID. Make sure to save it for further references till the admission process got over.
  • However, in case, you wish to make any further changes in the details of the application form, you can do it by using your Login credentials. Make sure to do it within the deadline.

Application Fee

The application fee is the amount one has to pay while filing the online admission form. In fact, the application process is considered complete only after complete payment of the application fee that too within the deadline. Application fee for candidates belonging to various categories is mentioned below:

  • For General Category, it is Rs 100/-.
  • Candidates of BC-A and BC-B of Haryana, PH, FF, ESM Category, it is Rs 750/-.
  • For SC/ ST of Haryana Category, it is Rs 500/-.

Moreover, one can pay the application fee through the following payment methods as per the guidelines:

NOTE – Another key point is that bank drafts and checks are not available as payment options. Note that there is no offline mode for the payment of the application fee.
