The complete procedure of an application process is elaborated below:
Step 1 – JEE Advanced Online Registration
The first step towards filling an application form is to register online. Interested candidates need to visit the official website and log in using their application number and date of birth so as to register themselves. After successful registration, applicants will receive a message which will consist of login credentials like email id and password.
Step 2 – Filling details in JEE Advanced Application Form
Applicants who will successfully do their registration will be able to fill all the required details in the JEE Advanced application form 2020. These details include personal, qualification and contact details. Applicants have to fill all the correct and relevant details in the form otherwise it will get rejected. Step 4 – Selection of Examination City
At the time of filling the form, applicants will also be able to select the examination city. This selection will be according to the preference and convenience of an individual in order of priority. Thus students have to report at the allotted city to take the JEE Advanced 2020 examination.
Step 5 – Payment of Application Fee

Step 7 – Printout of a Confirmation Page
The exam conducting body advises students to take a printout of a confirmation page. In addition, applicants must keep it safe till the exam gets over as it will act as a proof of applying for the examination

JEE Advanced Eligibility Criteria 2020
As mentioned above in the article, it is compulsory to be eligible for filling an application form. Candidates have to satisfy the JEE Advanced eligibility criteria 2020 for applying. In contrast, if desiring students do not meet the criteria then they will not be allowed to fill the form.
The complete eligibility criteria for filling the JEE Advanced application form are mentioned below:

Educational Qualification | Must have qualified class 12th or any equivalent examination with a minimum aggregate of 75% while SC/ ST category students must have secured at least 65% aggregate marks. |
- Candidates will be able to apply two times in two consecutive years.
- Those who have qualified to jee main and are among the top 2,24,000 will only be eligible to appear in the examination.
- Applicants who have rejected the allotted seat in the earlier admission at IITs cannot apply for the exam. On the contrary, applicants who have taken the preparatory classes from any of the IITs or who have paid for the allotted seat and not accepted are eligible to apply.
- Candidates who will be appearing for class 12th board exams in the year 2020 are also eligible to fill the application form of jee advanced 2020.
