The officials release an official notification for defining the complete admission process for the 2021 session. West Bengal GNM/ ANM Admission Process
Aspirants should be well versed in the admission procedure. The selection committee follows this process to grant admission to GNM/ ANM Institutes of the West Bengal state. In addition, the WB Nursing Admission Process is as follows:
- The authorities do not conduct any entrance exam. Therefore, as mentioned above, officials admit candidates on the basis of their performance in the 12th class.

Eligibility Criteria
- The applicant has to be a citizen of India and a permanent resident of the district of West Bengal.
- Candidates who passed 12th class from West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education or a recognized board are eligible for admission. In addition, he/ she should have passed with 40% marks.
- Moreover, the applicant should be at least 17 years of age. The maximum age limit is 27 years as of 1 January 2021.
- Furthermore, the candidate should be able to read, write, and speak in Bengali or Nepali.
Reservation Of Seats

WB Nursing Application Form 2021
West Bengal Nursing Application Form is made available on the official website of the West Bengal Health Welfare Department. The candidates’ have to fill in their HS marks, and personal details in it. Moreover, candidates should fill in the form carefully. The information provided in it should be correct. Application Fee
- The application form fees are 300 rupees. All candidates have to submit it for the successful submission of the application form.
- In addition, all the candidates irrespective of which category they belong, have to submit the fees.
- The payment can be done through SBI Challan (offline). Further, note that the authorities accept the forms of candidates who have submitted the fees. Thus, if you fail to pay the fees before the given date, then your form is treated as incomplete.

Note that only the WB GNM/ANM Merit List candidates are eligible for taking admission to Nursing Schools of West Bengal. This list help authority in segregating candidates on the basis of merit.
