UPSEE 2019 will be conducted by Abdul Kalam Technical University on 21st April 2019 for B. Tech courses. AKTU has released all the dates for the examination. The application form will be released on 23rd January 2019. The Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination or UPSEE is a state level entrance examination conducted by Dr. A.P.J Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU) every year for admission to various courses like B. Tech, B. Arch, B. Pharm, BHMCT, BFAD, BFA, MBA, MCA etc. Admission to these courses is based on the score obtained in UPSEE 2019.

The UPSEE 2019 Entrance Exam is conducted for admission to various colleges in the state of Uttar Pradesh. The exam is conducted in both online and offline mode for different papers for a duration of 3 hours. Candidates who have passed class 12th with the subjects physics, mathematics and chemistry/biotechnology/biology/ technical vocational subject are eligible to apply for UPSEE 2019. They also need to have obtained at least 45% in 12th examination or equivalent qualifying exam.

Exam Centres for UPSEE 2019
Last year over 1.50 lakh candidates registered themselves for UPSEE in 41 cities of Uttar Pradesh and 8 cities outside of it. This year too, the exam is expected to be conducted in these 41 cities and the 8 states outside Uttar Pradesh. While filling up the application form, candidates will have to carefully choose 3 exam center (preference wise) because this cannot be changed later.
Paper 1, Paper 2, Paper 3 and Paper 4 will be OMR based tests and the exam centers for these papers are expected to be held in the following cities:

Candidates must ensure that they choose the exam centers carefully according to the paper they are giving.
In case a candidate has to give exam in both the OMR Based (offline) and computer-based test (online), he/she must choose the exam centers given in the second table.
In case a student chooses an exam center that is not conducting the exam for a particular paper, he/she will be allocated an examination center and the decision will be binding on the candidate.
If a good amount of candidates do not opt for an exam center, that exam center may be cancelled. Change of city of exam centers on behalf of students will not be entertained.
The Central Admission Board (CAB) has all the rights to conduct the UPSEE 2019. it is also responsible for allotment of seats to candidates. This right extends to all the institutes that are affiliated to AKTU, Lucknow. UPSEE is a state level entrance exam that is taken by students residing outside UP also. Students must carefully go through the examination brochure released on the official website of UPSEE i.e. https://upsee.nic.in.
