  • Mark-sheet of the Higher Secondary or Equivalent Examination (original and 2 copies self-attested)
  • S.C/ST/Physically Challenged/OBC Certificate (for SC/ST/OBC/PH candidate), if applicable
  • 3 copies of the recent passport size coloured photograph
  • Aadhar/ PAN card (original & xerox)
  • Transfer certificate, if you have already admitted (or previously admitted) in any other college, otherwise your admission will be cancelled
