Jammu and Kashmir MBBS and BDS Admission Process take place on the basis of NEET Scores and the eligibility criteria. The Non-Participation of the Colleges implies the candidates belonging to Jammu and Kashmir are ineligible to participate in AIQ Counselling. Candidates who submit a self-declaration shall be eligible for AIQ Counselling. BOPEE conducts the admission process based on NEET 2025 Scores only. Candidates are advised to fill in the application form correctly, otherwise, the application form is rejected by the Examination Authority.

JKBOPEE MBBS 2020 Notification
JKBOPEE NEET Eligibility Criteria
The Jharkhand MBBS Selection committee prescribes a few eligibility conditions that each applicant must satisfy. During the verification, candidates also have to provide the relevant documents to prove their eligibility. The JKBOPEE MBBS Eligibility Criteria that each applicant must fulfill is explained in this section, which includes Nationality, Age-Criteria, and Education Qualifications.
Nationality
- The Candidates must be a citizen of India.
- Candidates must be permanent residents of Jammu and Kashmir.
Age-Criteria
- The minimum age of the candidate must be 17 years as of 31st December of the admission year.
- Candidates above 25 years of age are also eligible to apply for Jammu and Kashmir MBBS/ BDS Admission 2025.
Educational Qualification
- Candidates must have passed Class 12th Board from a recognized Institution of the State.
- The Applicants are required to obtain 50% (for General Category), 45% (For PWD General), and 40% (for Reserved Categories) in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English.
- Candidates have to qualify NEET-UG with minimum qualified marks.
- Candidates applying under sports, children of defense personnel, poor and backward categories are considered if they have scored minimum qualifying marks.
JK MBBS Application Form 2025
JK MBBS/ BDS Application Form process is carried out in online mode. The application procedure comprises stages such as Registration, Form Filling, Uploading Documents, and Fee Payment. Only by following each stage successfully, the form gets submitted successfully. Moreover, applicants should carefully go through the eligibility criteria before filling the form. It is necessary for each applicant to satisfy the eligibility conditions. Candidates must also know that if the application fee payment is not done on time, then the form is considered incomplete. Therefore, students should submit the form successfully for being eligible to be considered for the merit list.
Document Verification in JK MBBS Counselling 2025
Along with the release of JK MBBS Admission Form 2025, the conducting authority starts the Document Verification Process. The JK Document Verification Round is conducted online. Candidates are required to upload the documents online. The Size of the Document must be between 100 to 200 Kb. The documents must be scanned properly. Candidates have to upload the following documents before the due date.

JK MBBS Merit List 2025
The Jammu NEET Merit List is published online on the official website of BOPEE. The Merit List contains the names of those candidates who have successfully submitted their application forms and qualified NEET 2025 with good scores. JK Merit List contains the names of the candidates in decreasing order. This means that if the candidate has scored the highest mark in NEET 2025 are ranked first and so on. The merit list is released category-wise in PDF Format so that it can be easy to download.
The State Merit List contains the Name of the candidate, Date of Birth, NEET Roll Number, Application Number, Category, Father’s Name, etc. The State Merit List contains the names of the candidates who are eligible for the counselling round.
JK MBBS Counselling 2025
The Counselling Session of Jammu and Kashmir is conducted online in June/ July 2025. If any seats have remained vacant, then a Mop-Up Round Counselling takes place. The Mop-Up Round Counselling is conducted offline. In the JK MBBS/ BDS Counselling 2025 (Online Mode), candidates have to log in and submit their choice of college and courses within the stipulated time. In the Offline Round of Counselling, candidates have to report to the allotted center. Based on the merit list, the admission of the candidates takes place. There are a total of two rounds of counselling followed by a Mop-Up Round.
JK MBBS Seat Allotment 2025
The Seat Allotment is the result of JK NEET MBBS Counselling 2025. Based on the Counselling, Merit, and Availability of the Seats, candidates are allotted seats. Candidates whose name is included on the Seat Allotment List have to report to the allotted Institute. The Conducting Body release the list of the documents that have to be shown by the candidates. The Fees of Jammu and Kashmir MBBS BDS Admission 2025 shall also be submitted at the allotted college.

The seat matrix indicates the number of seats available for admission. Thus, the students are admitted on the basis of the seat matrix only. Wherein seats are allotted on the basis of merit.
