Steps to fill GUJCET 2020 Application (Registration) Form
Students who wished to apply for the entrance exam had to fill an online GUJCET application form. For this reason, aspirants needed to follow some simple steps. These steps were mandatory and candidates had to strictly follow each one of them. If candidates skipped any of the steps, then their applications will eventually face rejection as well as they won’t be able to apply.
The steps to fill the GUJCET Application Form 2020 are listed below:
Step 1 – Payment of GUJCET Application Fee
As the first step, candidates had to pay an application fee of Rs. 300. The payment was done in the form of a demand draft in the favor of “Secretary, Gujarat Common Entrance Test Cell, Gandhinagar” from any nationalized bank payable at Gandhinagar. After successful payment, applicants will be given a user id and password. This id and password must be kept safely by an individual.
NOTE – GSHSEB will accept an additional fee of Rs. 1000 as a late fee along with an application fee of Rs. 300 for filling an application form.
Step 2 – GUJCET Online Registration
In this step, applicants had to visit the official website of GSHSEB. After that, candidates had to log in using the user ID and password in order to register themselves. Only after registration, applicants were able to proceed further to the next steps.
Step 3 – Filling the details
Upon successful registration, candidates had to fill all the necessary details in the GUJCET Online Application Form. The details that needed to be filled consist of personal, qualification and school details. It is equally important that these details must be correctly filled by an individual. An incorrect or invalid detail will lead to the cancellation of an application form.

Step 4 – Uploading of Scanned Images
Aspirants had to upload scanned images of their photograph and signature. These images had to be in specified dimensions. If the specifications don’t meet, then the candidate cannot move ahead to complete the application process.

Step 5 – Submission of Application Form
Once the entire application form of the Gujarat Common Entrance Test 2020 was filled, applicants, had to submit it online. GUJCET Eligibility Criteria 2020
There are certain requirements that define the eligibility of an applicant. Furthermore, those who satisfy these requirements will be able to exercise the GUJCET Registration 2020 These requirements are known as the GUJCET Eligibility Criteria 2020. In contrast, if an individual fails to meet the eligibility criteria then they will not be able to fill the form and further apply for the exam.
Candidates must go through the below-prescribed eligibility criteria so as to check their eligibility:
Nationality– The candidate must be a citizen of an India
State Eligibility– The candidate must have a Gujarat state domicile.
For Engineering Course:
- Qualifying Exam: The candidates must have qualified class 12th exams from any recognized board.
- Subjects: The candidates must have studied Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/Technical Vocational Subjects in class 12th.
- Minimum Marks: General category candidates must have secured a minimum of 45% aggregate while SC/ST category candidates must have obtained at least 40%.
NOTE – Applicants who will be appearing for class 12th board examination can also apply for GUJCET 2020.
For Pharmacy Course:
- Qualifying Exam: The candidates must have passed class 12th exams from any recognized board.
- Subjects: The candidates must have studied Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/ Biology as compulsory subjects in class 12th
- Minimum Marks: Candidates belonging to the general category must have obtained at least 45% aggregate whereas candidates belonging to the SC/ST category must have a minimum of 40%.
GUJCET Admit Card 2020
Gujarat Secondary & Higher Secondary Education Board will issue the admit card for those who have successfully filled GUJCET Application Form 2020. The conducting authority will publish the admit card only via online mode. Henceforth, the candidate needs to visit the official website so as to download the GUJCET Admit card 2020.
