The GSHSEB conducts the Gujarat Common Entrance Test (GUJCET). The exam is a gateway for admission into Engineering and Pharmacy courses. It is a state-level examination. Although the valid score of the exam is accepted by various private and government colleges these should be situated within the Gujarat state. GUJCET Eligibility Criteria 2025
There are certain requirements that define the eligibility of an applicant. Furthermore, those who satisfy these requirements are able to exercise the registration. These requirements are known as the GUJCET Eligibility Criteria 2025. In contrast, if an individual fails to meet the eligibility criteria then they are able to fill the form and further apply for the exam. - The applicant must be a citizen of an India
- The candidate must have a Gujarat state domicile.

For Engineering Course:
- Qualifying Exam: The candidates must have qualified class 12th exams from any recognized board.
- Subjects: The candidates must have studied Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational Subjects in class 12th.
- Minimum Marks: General category candidates must have secured a minimum of 45% aggregate while SC/ ST category candidates must have obtained at least 40%.
For Pharmacy Course:
- Qualifying Exam: The candidates must have passed class 12th exams from any recognized board.
- Subjects: Applicant must have studied Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/ Biology as compulsory subjects in class 12th
- Minimum Marks: Candidates belonging to the general category must have obtained at least 45% aggregate whereas candidates belonging to the SC/ ST category must have a minimum of 40%.
Documents Required While Filling GUJCET Online Form
The candidate before filling the online form has to keep a few things ready. This is because these things are needed at any point while GUJCET 2025 Registration. The list of documents that you must keep with yourself while filling the form are as follows:

Steps to fill GUJCET 2025 Application (Registration) Form
Students who wish to apply for the entrance exam have to fill an Online GUJCET Application Form. For this reason, aspirants needed to follow some simple steps. These steps are mandatory and candidates have to strictly follow each one of them. If candidates skipped any of the steps, then their applications will eventually face rejection as well as they won’t be able to apply.
The steps to fill the registration form are listed below:
Step 1 – Payment of GUJCET Application Fee
As the first step, candidates have to pay an application fee of Rs. 300. The payment can be done in the form of a demand draft in the favor of “Secretary, Gujarat Common Entrance Test Cell, Gandhinagar” from any nationalized bank payable at Gandhinagar. After successful payment, applicants are given a user id and password. This id and password must be kept safely by an individual.
Step 2 – GUJCET Online Registration
In this step, applicants have to visit the official website of GSHSEB. After that, candidates had to log in using the user ID and password in order to register themselves. Only after registration, applicants were able to proceed further to the next steps.
Step 3 – Filling the details
Upon successful registration, candidates have to fill in all the necessary details in the GUJCET Online Application Form. The details that needed to be filled in consist of personal, qualification, and school details. It is equally important that these details must be correctly filled in by an individual. An incorrect or invalid detail leads to the cancellation of an application form.

Step 4 – Uploading of Scanned Images
Further, aspirants have to upload scanned images of their photographs and signature. These images had to be in specified dimensions. If the specifications don’t meet, then the candidate cannot move ahead to complete the application process.
