DU MBBS Admission 2025: The Faculty of Medical Sciences, Delhi University is the authority that offers admission to MBBS aspirants. DU MBBS Admission 2025
Faculty of Medical Science Admission, University of Delhi has a total of 660 MBBS and 50 BDS seats available for admission. Wherein, 85% of the seats are under State Quota and 15% under All India Quota (AIQ). Delhi University MBBS Admission process starts soon after the NEET Result declaration. DU MBBS Eligibility Criteria 2025
- The Minimum Age of the Candidate must be 17 years as of 31st December of the admission year.
- Candidates over 25 years of age are also eligible for DU MBBS BDS 2025 Admission.
- The Candidates must complete Class 12th with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/ Biotechnology, and English from a recognized board such as CBSE/ ICSE/ JMI.
- One must secure a minimum of aggregated percentage marks – 50% for General Category, 45% for PWD General, 40% for Reserved Category.
- The Applicants must be medically fit to get admission in the Medical/ Dental Colleges.
- Candidates who have taken admission in the MBBS/ BDS Course but have failed in the first year of the course are considered ineligible to participate in the admission procedure.
- The Candidates must have qualified NEET with minimum qualified marks.

DU MBBS Application Form
The DU MBBS/ BDS Application Form process is carried out in online mode only. Hence, candidates have to visit the DU Medical Faculty Website (www.mbbsadmission.du.ac.in) to apply. Moreover, only the aspirants who satisfy the eligibility conditions are eligible to fill the form. In addition, only the candidates who have appeared and qualified NEET-UG should submit the form. It is mandatory to submit the NEET 2025 Enrollment Number while filling the application form. The Application Form procedure includes Registration, Filling up of the Academic Details, Uploading of Photograph, Signature, and documents, and submission of the application form.

Application Fee
- After form submission, the payment portal appears on the screen.
- DU MBBS Form Fee is INR 1000.
- Applicants can pay the fee through Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net Banking.
DU MBBS Merit List Result
The DU NEET MBBS and BDS Merit List 2025 is published online on the official website of the Medical Council Committee. It is prepared on the basis of the NEET-UG Scores of the candidates who have successfully submitted their application forms. The merit list is also called the Seat Allotment List. Candidates who are allotted seats to the colleges affiliated with the Delhi University are included in the rank list. The State Merit List is released Category-Wise for the candidates. Hence, the details that are printed on Merit List are as follows:

DU MBBS Counselling
Counselling is the final stage of the admission process. The rounds of counselling are conducted in online mode. It is conducted in two rounds followed by a Mop-Up Round depending on the availability of the seats. The DU MBBS/ BDS Counselling is conducted by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC). In addition, the Counselling of the candidates is conducted on the basis of the DU MBBS Merit List Ranks. Admission to DU Affiliated Colleges is held on the basis of merit-cum-preference. Furthermore, the students who do not take part in counselling shall not be allotted a seat. However, in case of an emergency, you should contact the authorities. If they allow, then your guardians can act as a proxy.
DU MBBS Seat Matrix & Availability
The seat matrix basically indicates the no. of seats available for admission. It shows the no. of seats available under a section of quota seats. Further, this seat matrix is taken into consideration during the counselling for the seat allotment process. Wherein, the seats are allotted on the basis of merit.
