Application Form Of BRAOU 2025
Candidates who wish to pursue their undergraduate in B.Com. / B.Sc. / B.A. from Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar Open University, Telangana, Hyderabad can fill the form. It is a mandatory process in admission. Candidates can fill the BRAOU Eligibility Test (ET) form only through the online mode. After filling the form, candidates will have to pay the application fee of Rs 300/- through Debit or Credit card and those who are going to pay from TS/AP online, they have to pay Rs 310/- to the University. BRAOU Application Form 2025
In order to sit for the UG Eligibility Test, the students must fill the Application Form of BRAOU. The officials have released the online registration form on the website. Therefore, all the candidates must visit the official website to register themselves. Candidates will have to enter correct and valid details only in the application form of BRAOU ET 2020. The Eligibility Test conducted by the University is intended to admit the Candidates into B.A/ B.Com/ B.Sc., programmes.
It is neither an Entrance Test nor a Competitive Examination. It is conducted to ensure that the candidates possess the necessary skills of reading, writing, analysis and arithmetic abilities to understand the content of the course material to be supplied to them by the University, after their admission into the undergraduate Programme.
Eligibility Criteria to fill BRAOU Application Form
Before applying for the BRAOU Eligibility Test, the applicants must read the eligibility criteria very carefully. The eligibility conditions are clearly given in the Prospectus/Brochure. Without fulfilling the eligibility, the application form is considered invalid and thus likely to get rejected. Therefore, the students must apply only if they are eligible for admission. We are giving a list of eligibility conditions for admission below:
- Educational Qualification: Aspirants who have not passed Intermediate (or) its Equivalent Examination are eligible to appear for the BRAOU ET 2020 Exam. And this exam is conducted to provide admission into the 1st Year Of BA/ B.Com/ B.Sc UG Foundation Course (3 Year Degree Programmes) for the AY 2025-22.
- Age Limit: Candidates who do not complete 18 years by 1st July 2025 are not eligible to appear for the Eligibility Test.
How To Register For BRAOU Eligibility Test 2025?
- Candidates who wish to appear for ET shall register ‘Online’ on our website i.e.,
braouonline.in
- Choose the Study/Examination Centre where you wish to appear for ET-2020 and Collect the Information Brochure on ET-2025 (Free of Cost) from the Study Centre and read it carefully before submitting the application form online.
- Provide the required information through the University website and fill your Registration form “online” and upload your photo and signature.
- Upload the passport size photograph and signature image under the prescribed format and sizes.
- Click on the option “Submit”.
- After the submission, candidates can see the preview of their application form on the tour screen.
- The candidate has to Pay Rs.300/- (Rupees Three Hundred Only) by debit/Credit Card through University online OR Rs.310/- (Rupees Three Hundred Ten Only) at the TS/AP online Franchisee Centre towards Registration Fee and obtain a receipt.
- Collect a print out of the Registration Form from the University website and retain it for your
reference along with fee payment receipt. - Print the Application Form for future references.
- Click on the option “Pay Online”.
- Write the Application Number allotted and proceed further to pay the application fee.
Image Specifications
Candidates must check out the image specification prescribed by the University. While filling the application form, candidates have to upload the images such as photograph and signature. We have constructed the table given below to make the candidates aware about the format and sizes of the images.

Fee Payment for Change of Subjects in Under graduation – CBCS Pattern
The University has introduced CBCS Pattern in Under Graduate Programmes during 2017-18. The following guidelines are provided for the information of staff/students and heads of the study centres of the University. Upto 2 months, from the date of commencement of first Contact cum Counselling Classes of 1st Semester – Per paper Rs.100 Before the issue of notification for 1st semester examinations:
For 5 credit course (Discipline Specific Course) –per paper Rs.250
For 3 credit course (MIL) Rs.150
Even after writing 1st semester examinations, if the student still wants to change the paper, the condition to be fulfilled is that he/she must have failed in the subject in which he/she proposes to change. Change of subject is not entertained once the student passes in any of the papers of the subject concerned i.e., be it theory or practical.
If the student wants to change the subject, without appearing for the examinations (or appeared and failed in the papers written) and wish to change before the scheduled date of payment of II year tuition fee:
For a course of 5 credits Rs.500
For a course of 3 credits Rs.300
After the payment of II year tuition fee, but before two months from the date of commencement of III semester counselling classes either for the subjects totally failed or for the subjects in which he/she did not appear for the examinations:
For a course of 5 credits Rs.600
For a course of 3 credits Rs.400
If the students desire to change the subject without appearing for the examinations (or failed even after appeared for the papers that they want to change) and wish to Change before the payment of II year third semester examination fee:
For a course of 5 credits Rs.750
For a course of 3 credits Rs.450
If the students wish to change the subjects after third semester (subject to failing in all papers of the subject concerned upto III semester):
For a course of 5 credits Rs.1000
For a course of 3 credits Rs. 600
If a student wants to change his/her subjects during final year (subject to failing or not at all writing the papers which he/she proposes to change in all the semesters) after the payment of III year tuition fee:
For a course of 5 credits Rs.1500
For a course of 3 credits Rs. 600
BRAOU ET Admit Card 2020
Applicants must go to the Examination Centre which they have opted for ATLEAST TWO
DAYS BEFORE the ET and collect their Hall Tickets. NOTE: If more applicants choose a single centre for examination, the university may allow some of them to a nearby centre. Similarly, if the number of candidates in any examination centre is less they may be allotted to any other nearby examination centre. Hence, the applicants are advised to collect their Hall Tickets well in advance to avoid last-minute hurry. About BRAOU Eligibility Test 2025
Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar Open University Eligibility Test which is conducted for the purpose of granting admission in undergraduate courses such as B.Com / B.Sc. / B.A. It is a state-level entrance test where candidates have to choose their study centre from which they have to pursue their bachelors from. The University sends the Marks Memos to the qualified candidates at their residential addresses. At the time of counselling, candidates have to bring that memos along with other documents and pay the first year tuition fee for the concerned programme.

How To Fill ‘OMR’ Answer Sheet?
• Use OMR Answer sheet supplied in the Examination Hall to answer the Eligibility Test
Question Paper
• Use Blue/Black ballpoint pen only to fill OMR Sheet Columns need to be filled in the OMR answer sheet with either Blue or Black Ball Point Pen, as per the instructions of the invigilators.
• Hence, carry Blue / Black Ball Point Pen to the Examination Centre. Don’t carry any
other objectionable material like mobile phones and books to the examination hall.
• Read the instructions on the OMR sheet carefully before answering the question paper.
• Check whether your name and HT Number are printed correctly on the OMR. If there is any discrepancy, bring it to the notice of the invigilator immediately
Preparation Tips
The applicants must prepare well for the BRAOU Eligibility Test. Try to answer all the questions on your own without seeking any help from others. You may have other friends in your locality who may also be appearing for this test. You can form a small group and discuss answers to questions in the model question papers. Read the books related to English, second languages, Arithmetic, Social Sciences and General Science. Newspaper reading may help you to answer some questions on current affairs.
Even if you live in a small town you may have access to a small library. Visit the library and read the latest General Knowledge books available. There may be friends in your locality who may be appearing for some competitive exams. Seek their help and guidance. Spend two or three hours a day from the time you apply for the test till the time you appear for the test.
