JNU Admission 2024: As per the latest updates, the JNU VC will be announced that the university will conduct the JNU entrance test (JNUET) for admission, whenever it is safe for the students. Eligibility Criteria of JNUET Admission

To apply for any kind of examination, the organizational bodies specify the eligibility criteria for any kind of examination. The candidates should make sure that if they are applying for any kind of examination, they must fulfil all the eligibility criteria. The exam conducting body releases the eligibility and other information related to the JNU Admission 2024-23. The following are the basic eligibility criteria that the candidates must fulfil for the respective Course.

BA (Hons) 1st year:

12th or equivalent exam with a minimum of 45% marks. Appearing candidates can also apply.

BA (Hons) 2nd year:

1st year of any bachelor degree or any equivalent with minimum 45% marks with adequate proficiency in the concerned language.

MA in Economics:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any stream with minimum of 50% marks and knowledge of 10+2 level mathematics.

MA in Foreign Languages

Persian, Arabic, Japanese, Korean, and Chinese & French: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any stream with minimum 45% marks with adequate proficiency in the concerned language.

MCA

MCA: Bachelor degree in any discipline with a good knowledge of mathematics with 55% marks required.

Tech in Statistical Computing:

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, and Operational Research or in any branch of Science, Bachelor’s degree in any branch of Engineering, MCA with 55% marks.

Tech in Computer Science and Technology:

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Operational Research, any branch of Science, any branch of Engineering, MCA with 55% marks required. G. holders of AYUSH-related subjects are also eligible to apply.

JNU 2024 Application Form

The JNU application form will be released in May 2024. All the candidates who aspire for admission, and also fulfill the eligibility criteria will be able to apply for the examination. JNUET Admit Card 2024

Jawahar Lal Nehru University will release its admit card the last week of June 2024. The successfully submitted applicants can download the admit card to enter the following details. M.Sc Course:

Test for this course comprises of objective type questions from the subjects such as Physics, Physical Chemistry, and Mathematics of B.Sc level.

Ph.D. Course:

Candidates for this course will evaluate base on the area of specialization. A written test will commence which will have analytical and critical appraisal type questions.

MCA:

Objective type questions connected to Computer application and information technology.

M.A:

Candidates will judge on the basis of subjects’ studied in the B.A course.

M.Tech:

The first part comprises questions such as Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, and Biology. The second part of the examination comprises subjects as Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Bioinformatics, Engineering Sciences, Mathematics/ Statistics. The questions are multiple-choice type questions.

BA (Honors):

For seeking admission to BA (Honors) Foreign Languages, candidates will need to qualify the entrance test which comprises of the questions from General Knowledge, General English, and Elementary Knowledge also the questions are Objective Types and Short Answers too.

JNU Admission 2024 Syllabus

JNU Admission 2024 Syllabus will release with the prospectus of the exam. According to the chosen course, the JNU syllabus 2024 of the exam will vary. For admission into UG Programmes, the Syllabus will include various topics from the 11^th and 12^th levels. Prepare core subjects from graduation for PG courses.

JNUET Result 2024

The JNUEE Merit List Result 2024 will release in the month of July 2024. National Testing Agency will release the scorecard for the examination on the official website.
