Hi, If you are seeing a message like this, then it means your application form has been rejected for the January session. But don’t lose hope, you can fill the JEE Main April exam form.

Why back ground white required ?
Is there any need to give images into specific kb’s? and Yes then why so?
Can’t they accept payment from any software like paytm ,bhim or someother?
1. The photograph must have a light background instead of a dark one. According to the Information Brochure of JEE Main 2019 “The photograph should be colored or black/white (but clear contrast) with name of the candidate and date of taking the photograph printed on it as shown. Candidates with unclear photograph are liable to be rejected.”
2. Yes, the images have to be uploaded in the correct specification otherwise application will be rejected and admit card will not be issued. Photograph must be between 10 kb–200 kb and Signature
between 4kb – 30 kb in JPG/JPEG format.
3. There is no other method of payment except credit/debit card/ Net Banking or e-challan. Fee submitted by any other mode like money order, demand draft, IPO etc. will be rejected.
I D.Tejaswini filled JEE Main 2019 application form bearing No.- 190310007524, dtd.- 01/09/2018. Am able to complete Steps 1 & 2, but while trying to complete Payment section, the page gets disappeared on clicking “PROCEED FOR PAYMENT” button. Kindly provide assistance.

The payment issue must be occurring due to server error as many candidates must be submitting the form at the same time. You can try again after few hours.
