Previous Year Analysis for JEE Main Exam by Aakash

  • The JEE Main physics section was moderate in terms of difficulty. There were 17 questions from class 12th and 13 questions were asked from 11th Class.
  • For the Mathematics section, most questions were from Calculus and Algebra. According to exam experts at Aakash Institute, the Mathematics section was high in terms of difficulty level. This section had 15 questions from class 11th and there were 15 questions from class 12th.
  • JEE Main 2018 Chemistry section was comparatively easier than the Physics and mathematics sections. The majority of the questions asked in this section were from Physical chemistry. Out of the 30 questions asked in this section, 17 questions were asked from class 11th and 13 questions covering topics from class 12th.
