GUJCET Counselling 2025: All the eligible students who will qualify for the GUJCET 2025 exam will be invited to take part in the GUJCET Counselling 2025. This counselling is organized by the Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC). It is the final round in the complete process of granting admission and candidates have to attend it via online mode. Procedure Of Counselling of GUJCET 2025
All the qualifiers whose names will be present in the merit list will be called for the Gujarat Common Entrance Test 2025 Counselling. For taking part in this counselling procedure, students have to follow various mandatory steps. These steps are available in detail below:
Step 1 – Purchasing Of Information Booklet And PIN Number
All the applicants have to purchase the information booklet by paying Rs. 350 at any of the designated branches of Kotak Mahindra Bank. After this payment, they will be given a 14 digit PIN number which has to be remembered as it is of utmost importance for the registration.
Step 2 – Registration And Filling Of Application Form
After receiving the PIN number, candidates have to proceed to the next which is registration. For registering, aspirants have to fill an application form. The form has to be filled with personal, academic and contact details. The candidate has to provide their GUJCET 2025 roll number as a user ID and generate a new password.
Step 3 – Submission of Application Form
In this step, applicants have to submit the xerox copy of their filled application form along with relevant documents at the help centres. Both original, as well as photocopies of the documents, need to be submitted by an individual for verification purposes. Upon successful verification, the authority will issue a registration slip with a signature and seal and send it to the candidate.
Step 4 –Online Choice Filling and Locking of Filled Choices
Now students have to fill their choice of course sand colleges as per their preference and interest using their user id and password. Candidates will be able to participate in the mock round first before the actual choice filling. Through this mock round, they will come to know about how the counselling and seat allotment processes will be conducted. After completion of this round, the two main rounds of counselling will commence. Applicants will get the choices on the basis of their eligibility and they have to fill only one choice at a time. Candidates will get the chance to add, remove, or swap.
Any of the options have to be selected from the given 4 options:
- Save Choices: To save the filled choices
- Save and Exit: Clicking on this opting will reflect all the choices filled by an individual.
- Modify Choices: This option is used to modify the filled choices
- Lock Choices: Applicants have to lock the filled choices if they are confirmed about it. This locking is to be done by submitting the 14 digit PIN number. If candidates want to modify their choices then they have to first click on the “Unlock Choices” option
Step 5 – Allotment of Seats
The allotment of seats will announce in online mode and applicants can check it using their user id and 14 digit pin number. If an individual is satisfied with the seat then he or she has to freeze it and download the seat allotment letter with the bank fee challan showing tuition fee. The payment can be done online as well as offline mode. Online payment can be made through the Net Banking/Credit Card/Debit Card while offline payment can be done at the nearest Kotak Mahindra Bank. In case candidates are not satisfied with allotted seat then he or she can participate in further rounds. Only after making the payment the authority will confirm the admission and will print the admission slip.
The vacant seats will be displayed after every round of counselling is over. Students will be able to upgrade, reshuffle, or fill new choices after online consent.
Step 6 – Reporting at the Allotted Institutes
It is the final step of the GUJCET Counselling 2025. In this step, aspirants have to report at the allotted institutes. While reporting they need to carry their admission slip, seat allotment letter and other required documents for verification and to complete all the admission formalities.

Applicants need to produce the following documents at the help centre for verification:

- GUJCET Mark sheet
- Transfer Certificate or School Leaving Certificate
