APJEE Eligibility Criteria 2020

The aspiring candidates must check the eligibility criteria before they apply for admission in APJEE. Therefore to help the candidates, we have provided information regarding the same. Check below.

  • The candidate must be a resident of Arunachal Pradesh. If he/she is residing in Arunachal Pradesh for more than three years, then they must have appeared/passed from class 10th from an Arunachal Pradesh /school.
  • He/she must have passed/appeared in class 10th from a recognized board.
  • The candidate must be 15 or 18 years of age at the time of admission. However, the SC/ST candidates will be provided with a relaxation of 3 years.

APJEE Application Form 2020

The APSCTE releases the APJEE Application Form in the first week of April. In order to download it, the candidates must visit the official website of APJEE. Furthermore, whilst filling the Application form, the candidates must provide valid details (personal, academic & residential) in the form. Since any invalid details can lead to admission cancellation. Also, the candidates must upload the required documents. They must in the mentioned format & size. Subsequently, the candidates must also, pay the application form fee. Since the registration will not be deemed successful without the form payment.

APJEE Preparation Tips 2020

In order to get an optimal result in the APJEE exam. The candidates must check up on some tips & tricks. We have mentioned a few. Check below.

  • APJEE Syllabus: Primarily, the candidate must be aware of the APJEE Exam Syllabus. This will help the candidate in gathering the study material well in advance.
  • Time Management: The candidates must move on to the next question if he/she is stuck on one question. They must learn how to manage their time. They can do so by setting a timer for solving each question.
  • Revision: The candidates must not forget to keep on revising the topics after they are finished with the syllabus. This way they will always be sure of the answers & in their preparation.
  • Practice: If the candidate has problems in solving mathematics’ question, then he/she must practice them as much as possible. This way they will clear their doubts as well increase their confidence level.
  • APJEE Biology Books: Now biology is an important subject. It consists of many diagrams. Therefore, the candidate must make sure to practise the diagrams each day. This way they will always remember it.
  • Mock Test: The candidates must solve as many mock & sample paper as they can. This will instil confidence in them as well as clear their doubts. Moreover, they will become aware of the important topics of the exam.

APJEE Admit Card 2020

The APJEE releases the candidate’s admit card on the official website. It will be available in the 3rd week of May 2020. However, only those candidates will be able to download the hall ticket who successfully registered themselves. Furthermore, the candidates must provide their user name & password which was generated during the registration process. Also, the candidates can collect the APJEE admit card offline. They must visit the Office of the Directorate of Higher & Technical Education, Itanagar (JEE Branch), in order to do so.

It is imperative that the candidates keep the APJEE Admit card safe. They will have to carry the hall ticket to the examination centre. Since there will be no entry inside the examination hall without it. It will also be required at the time of APJEE admission. However, in case the candidates find any discrepancy on the APJEE admit card, then he/she must contact the examination authority. They should not try to correct it themselves.

APJEE Result/Merit List 2020

The official authority releases the APJEE Result after conducting the APJEE exam. The category result is released in the form of an APJEE, merit list. The merit list is based on the marks secured by the candidate in the entrance exam. In order to access the APJEE Result, the candidates must visit the official website. Furthermore, they must provide the required information to download the result. The information must be valid. The result will not be accessed otherwise. Furthermore, once the result is released, the request for revaluation will not be entertained. The candidates who have their name in the merit list will further be called for the APJEE counselling. However, the candidates who do not have their name in the merit list will not be able to participate in the counselling procedure.

Tie -Breaker Criteria

In case if the two candidates score the same marks in the APJEE exam, then they will be subjected to the Tie-breaker criteria. In such a situation, the inter-se merit is determined which in turn is based on the percentage of marks secured by the candidate in the qualifying board/university examination.

APJEE Counselling 2020

The candidates who have their name in the merit list will further be called for the APJEE Counselling. The candidates will be able to check the counselling schedule from the official website of APJEE i.e. (apdhte.nic.in). Therefore the candidates must be present for the counselling accordingly. Any request for the change of time & venue will not be entertained. Moreover, if the candidate fails to be present for the APJEE counselling session. Then his/her seat will be given to the next candidate. Therefore, it is imperative that the candidate is punctual to the counselling session. Furthermore, the candidates will have to carry the required documents in order to participate in the counselling session. It will further be followed by the set allotment process.

APJEE Document Verification Process 2020

The candidates will have to carry the required documents to the APJEE counselling. However, they must make sure that the documents are valid. Since any invalid document may lead to admission cancellation. Furthermore, we have mentioned the list of documents required to participate in the counselling process. Check below.

APJEE Seat Allotment 2020

The APJEE Seat Allotment process is the last stage of APJEE Admission. After the candidates have been through the document verification process, they will be subjected to the seat allotment process. The seats will be allotted to the candidate based on the preference filled in the application form. It will also depend on the availability of seat in a particular course/college. Furthermore, the candidates must report to the allotted college. They must carry the required documents. Also, they must pay the admission fees therein.
