APJEE Counselling 2020: The Arunachal Pradesh State Council of Technical Education (APSCTE) is the official authority which conducts the APJEE Counselling. Steps To Participate In The Counselling Of APJEE 2020

In order to participate in the APJEE Counselling, the candidates must follow certain steps. We have mentioned the same. Check below.

  • Primarily, the candidates must visit the official website of APJEE i.e. apdhte.nic.in.
  • The counselling schedule will be mentioned therein.
  • Subsequently, during the APJEE counselling, the candidate must get their documents verified.
  • After that, the seat allotment process will begin.
  • Thereafter the candidate will be granted admission in APJEE.

APJEE Counselling 2020

The APSCTE conducts the APJEE Counselling. The candidates who have their name in the merit list will be able to participate in the Counselling. The APJEE merit list is prepared on the basis of the marks secured by the candidate in the qualifying exam. Furthermore, the candidates must carry the required documents to the venue. Subsequently will be followed by the seat allotment process. The APJEE seat allotment process is the last procedure of getting admission in APJEE 2002.

APJEE  Document Verification 2020

The candidates who are participating in the APJEE Counselling, need to carry certain documents to the counselling. However, they must make sure that the documents are valid.   • APJEE 2020 Result/Rank Card

  • APJEE 2020 Admit Card

  • Pass Certificate of the qualifying examination

  • Mark-sheet of the Qualifying Examination

  • School Leaving/ Transfer Certificate

  • Class X Pass Certificate for verification of age

  • Character/ Conduct Certificate from the institution last attended

  • Migration Certificate

  • SC/ST Certificate

  • Parents’ Employment Certificate from the appointing authority or Domicile Certificate issued by First Class Magistrate during 2020 for Category-II.

  • Permanent Residential Certificate

  • Medical Fitness Certificate

APJEE Seat Allotment Process

After the candidates have got their documents verified, they are allotted seats in the APJEE. The seat allotment process is based on the choice locking as per the candidate’s preference. Primarily, it is based on the merit list & availability of seats in a particular college/course. Furthermore, after the candidates have been allotted seats, they must report to the allotted institute. Also, they must carry the required documents to the same. They must not forget to pay the admission fees.
