AP POLYCET 2020: The State Board of Technical Education and Training, Amaravati conducts Andhra Pradesh Polytechnic Common Entrance Test (AP POLYCET) 2020. The exam is for admission in the Diploma course in Engineering or Non-engineering field. The admission to the selected candidates is provided to the candidates in the polytechnics of Andhra Pradesh. AP POLYCET Application Form 2020
The Application Form of AP POLYCET is released in an online mode tentatively in March 2020. The submission of the Application Form is an important part of the admission procedure. Candidates who will be qualifying the exam will be able to get the admission to the Diploma courses in Govt aided Polytechnic colleges. The candidate must provide the valid and correct details in the AP POLYCET 2020 Online Application Form. The candidate cannot proceed with the admission procedure further if there any wrong information. The applicant must submit the completed Online Application Form of AP POLYCET to the computer operator at the nearest available helpline centers before the last date.
The information that has to be provided in the AP POLYCET Application Form will include the sections of the Personal Details, Contact Details, Academic Information, uploading the documents and the photograph as per the specifications provided in the Information Brochure. The information provided in the application must be in the sequence as per provided in the official notification. The authorities accept the Application Form only after paying the Application Fee. Candidate cannot submit the Application Form without paying the Application Fee.
AP POLYCET Eligibility 2020
The candidates must read the basic eligibility criteria very carefully. The authorities prescribe the eligibility in detail. Therefore, the aspirants must go through the Information brochure in detail for the eligibility criteria before proceeding for the AP POLYCET Application Form. Since, it is important that the candidate must avoid any form of error while applying for the entrance exam. Furthermore, go through the basic eligibility criteria from the points mentioned below:
- Candidate applying should be an Indian National and must have a valid domicile of Andhra Pradesh.
- There is no Age Limit Criteria for the candidates applying for AP POLYCET 2020 exam.
- The candidate must have passed SSC or its equivalent examination from the recognized Board or University.
- They must have passed the exam with the subjects Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics Subject.
- Candidate must have secured 35% marks in the mentioned examination
- Candidates appearing for the qualifying examination can also apply for the mentioned exam.

AP POLYCET Exam Pattern 2020
The examination conducting body defines the exam of Andhra Pradesh Polytechnic Common Entrance Test. Furthermore, the pattern of the examination will comprise the number of questions asked in the exam, along with the medium. - AP POLYCET 2020 exam is in an offline mode. The question paper is in an MCQ format.
- Each question will have an option of 4 possible answers. The candidate will have marks the correct one as per their knowledge.
- The total number of questions asked in the question paper will be 120.
- The duration of the exam will be of 2 hours.
- The topics covered in the AP POLYCET examination question paper will be from Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics section.
- Physics and the Chemistry section will have 30 questions each and the Mathematics section will have 60 questions.
- There will NO Negative Marking for the wrong answer in the exam.
AP POLYCET Syllabus 2020
Candidates must know the syllabus of the exam. It will help the candidates in their preparation. The candidate must know the topics which will be asked in the exam. The exam questions are from class 9th and 10th syllabus of Andhra Pradesh Board. The candidates must practice the logical and reasoning sections. The syllabus of the exam will include topics from Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. AP POLYCET Hall Ticket 2020
The Hall Ticket of AP POLYCET is available online and can be downloaded by the candidates who have successfully submitted the Application Form. The candidate must carry the AP POLYCET Hall Ticket on the examination day. They cannot enter the examination hall without the Admit card. The candidates downloading the Hall ticket will have to provide the important credentials in the login section which were provided to them at the time of the Registration and the submission of the Application Form. The candidate must check the details on the admit card very carefully.
Furthermore, the availability of the document will only be in an online mode and there will be no other way of accessing it. The applicant must keep themselves aware with the schedule of the release of the Hall Ticket as the availability will only be in the given time period. The Hall Ticket of AP POLYCET has the Name of the candidate, Time and the date of the exam, centre allotted to the candidate for the exam as well as the instructions to be followed by the candidate on the day of the exam. The candidates must note that along with the AP POLYCET Hall ticket 2020, they must also bring one Photo ID in original at the examination centre.
AP POLYCET Answer Key 2020
The examination authorities will release the Answer Key after POLYCET exam. Candidates who will appear for the exam can check the Answer Key. The applicant can calculate the possible score. The availability of the Answer Key of the exam will release a few days after the exam. The Answer Key will release in an online mode. The candidate will have to cross-check the answers marked by them in the exam to the answers mentioned in the officially released AP POLYCET Answer Key. By the end, they will have to calculate the aggregate score of the correct answers marked by them in the exam. The Answer Key will benefit the candidate. If not, the applicant can also look for the other options.
AP POLYCET Result 2020
Andhra Pradesh Polytechnic Common Entrance Test Result is released in an online mode on the official website. The availability of AP POLYCET Result is from 9th October 2020. It must be noted that the details provided in the Login section of the Result must be valid and correct, the Rank Card will not be displayed otherwise. The Result of AP POLYCET will provide the name of the candidate, marks secured by the candidate, maximum of the marks, the status of the result and the instructions to be followed by the candidate after the declaration of the Result of the exam. However, it must be noted that merely qualifying the exam will not make the candidate eligible for the admission. The final seat allotment will be on the basis of the counselling conducted by the examination conducting body.
AP POLYCET Counselling 2020
The counselling of the Andhra Pradesh Polytechnic Common Entrance Test will be held after the declaration of the Result. The qualified applicants will have to register themselves first as the procedure of the 1st, 2nd, 3rd AP POLYCET Counselling Phases will be online on the prescribed date and will have to visit the Helpline centers for the required certificates verification. Only after the successful procedure of document verification, candidates will be provided with the Seat Allotment letter which will be available in an online mode in the notification option.
The candidates will be provided with the seat allotment letter only when the candidate has been selected on the basis of the marks secured, merit in the exam, Rank secured by the candidate and the category that the candidate belongs to. Furthermore, the list of the documents that have to be bought on the day of the document verification will be provided in the notification released on the official website (epragathi) which must be noted by the candidate. Also, it will also be important that the candidate bring at least two self-attested photocopies.
