The online and offline application form of VOCLET 2020 will be available tentatively from January 2020. The last date for form submission will is April 2020. Eligibility Criteria of VOCLET 2020
WBSCTE prepares a set of eligibility criteria for the students to want to apply for the entrance exam. The applicants must fulfil the condition in order to take the test. The eligibility criteria for the test is provided in the table below. There are various diploma courses offered via the entrance exam score. The candidates before going to apply for the exam must read the criteria carefully.

Appeared ITI candidates are not eligible for VOCLET 2019. ITI trades must be of continuous 2 years duration and a single certificate should mention that. Candidates having passed vocational course from Councils/Boards other than WBSCT&VE&SD (VED) are not eligible to apply.
VOCLET 2020 Application Form
The WBSCTE, official examination conducting authority invites applications for VOCLET both in the offline and online mode according to their suitability. Before filling up the registration form, the candidates must check the eligibility criteria mentioned above and that need to be fulfilled in order to apply for the test. The application form will be available from January 2020. The last date to apply is April 2020. The candidate must provide the correct information in the Application Form. Furthermore, the form is submitted only after paying the Application Fee. Candidate must also check the Information Brochure. It is released along with the Application Form.
VOCLET Exam Pattern 2020
The candidates who apply for VOCLET 2020 must check the exam pattern & syllabus in order to make the preparation more effective. The VOCLET exam pattern provides information regarding the question paper. The applicants must check the syllabus before going to start preparing for the test. VOCLET 2020 Syllabus
Syllabus: Latest revised syllabus on Mathematics, Chemistry, Physical Science, Mechanics and computer applications of class 10, 11 and 12 shall be followed for VOCLET 2020. The candidates who are going to attend the VOCLET 2020, they should check the exam syllabus carefully.

VOCLET 2020 Admit Card
VOCLET admit card will be released in May 2020. Registered candidates can download the admit card on entering the valid login credentials. Link to download the admit card will be provided here once the link gets available. Candidates must download the admit card within the scheduled date and time. VOCLET Admit Card 2020 is the most important document that needs to be carried on the exam day. Admit card contains the exam centre venue, date, time and other details.
VOCLET 2020 Result
The official VOCLET examination authority will release the VOCLET Result in online mode. Tentatively in the first week of June 2020, the official authority will declare the VOCLET 2020 Result. Students who take the VOCLET 2020 exam in offline mode can check and download the Result on entering the valid login credentials. The authority will not send the result by any post/E-Mail/SMS. VOCLET Result will contain the details like subject-wise marks scored by the candidates in the exam and other details.
Merit list of VOCLET 2020
The examination conducting authority will determine and publish the merit list as per requirements but shall not communicate the result to any individual applicant. No Rank Card will be issued by the authority to the merit listed candidates individually. Merit positions will be available on the official website tentatively in the third week of May 2020. There is no provision for post-publication scrutiny or review and inspection and hence any such prayer will not be entertained. Candidates will not be merit listed unless they score at least 20% marks in both the papers separately.
Based on the merit list, the qualified candidates will be called for counselling. The merit list shall contain the following details

VOCLET 2020 Counselling
The detailed information regarding the VOCLET counselling schedule will be provided here as soon as it releases. The candidates must report to the counselling venue which will be uploaded on the official website. At the time of certificate verification at helpline centres, candidates should produce the following original certificates in support of the qualification and reservations claimed in the application for verification.
Candidates need to carry the following documents at the time of reporting for verification.
- The Hall Ticket and application form.
- Mark sheet of the Qualifying class 10 Examination.
- Date of Birth Certificate (SSC/ Matriculation or equivalent Certificate).
- Integrated Community Certificate issued by the competent authority in case of SC/ST/BC/EBC/ Minority candidates. (if applicable)
- 2 recent colour passport size photograph.
- Medical fitness certificate with seal and signature of the medical practitioner.
- One set of Photocopies of all the above certificates.
Participating Institutes for VOCLET 2020
There are a total of 122 Govt sponsored and self-private institutes across West Bengal which offers admission into Engineering/ Technology/ Architecture in Polytechnic colleges vai VOCLET 2020. The below-given list contains the names of the polytechnic college in which the shortlisted candidates will get admission. The list contains names of colleges, its location, courses offered and hostel facility. The admission to the institute will solely depend on the following factors:
- Marks scored by the candidates
- Number of candidates appeared in the test
- The college selected by the qualified candidates
- Seat intake in each institute
VOCLET 2020 Seat Reservation
The government of West Bengal has reserved the seat for the candidates belonging to reservation category. Candidates have to mention their reservation category while filling the application form of VOCLET 2020. Students claiming reservation are required to produce valid supporting documents in the prescribed format at the time of counselling in order to avail the benefit of reserved seats. The table given below contains the distribution of seats category-wise.

|6.||Land Loser Quota (LLQ)|
This means a person whose land has been acquired by the Government for public interest and who possesses a proper certificate.
|(i) 2% of total seats in all Government & Government-sponsored polytechnics shall be kept reserved for the candidates of land loser category.|
|7.||Physically Handicapped||3% of seats be filled by following the horizontal method of reservation.|
