The Official Dates for Telangana NEET Counselling are announced when the information brochure is released. However, if the dates are revised, then those are updated on the university website. The Dates are also notified through the registered mobile number and e-mail id. Only the candidates whose names have been listed in the Telangana 2025 MBBS Merit List can participate in the Counselling Round. Below mentioned are the important dates of the Counselling Round.

How to Fill Telangana MBBS BDS Counselling Form 2025?
The Counselling Form of Telangana MBBS is released after the merit list is published. In this form, the participants are asked to fill in their preferences. It is important that candidates fill in their choices and register successfully. Moreover, to ensure that candidates do not face any difficulty during the process, we have provided detailed information on the counselling process in this section.
The Step by Step Procedure to Apply the Counselling Form is as follows-
Step-I Login
In this step, you have to visit the website where you had filled in the application form earlier. When you reach the homepage of the website click on the “Web Application” Link. You have to enter the following details-
- Name of the candidate
- NEET Roll Number
- NEET Rank
- Mobile Number and
- Registration Number
Step – II Option Form
Once you have submitted all the details, head to the next step which is an Online Option Form. In the Option Form, a list of the colleges is provided along with the availability of the courses on the left-hand side of the screen. It also includes the college code, place, the course offered, and the district.
Step-III Adding Colleges
In this stage, candidates have to select their choices as per their NEET Scores. Click on the “Add” option to add the college. The colleges that you have selected are added to the right side of the screen. The Serial Number written along with the college name denotes the priority level of your selection.
You can also modify your option by clicking on the “Modify Option”. You can delete the options as well if you don’t want to add them to your priority list.
Step-IV Save Option
After you have added your desired colleges you can click on the Save button to save your option. Note that, these options are just saved. To lock your options, you shall receive a Time Password sent to your registered number. Enter the OTP and click on the confirmation button. Your choice is saved on the server. These options are permanently locked once the counselling procedure is complete.
The Same Procedure has to be followed for Second Round Counselling as well. Telangana MBBS Second Round Counselling 2025 take place after the completion of the First Round Counselling.

Step- V Telangana Seat Allotment NEET 2025
After providing all the options of the colleges and courses, the KNRUHS, Warangal start a seat allotment process. Thus, on the basis of the State Merit Rank, Preference of College, Availability of Seats and Reservation Criteria, the Admission Procedure takes place.
Step-VI Telangana Counselling Result 2025
Soon after the Seat Allotment Process, the Telangana State release the counselling result. The Result is announced online in PDF Format. However, you can download the list here from our page.
Telangana State MBBS Counselling Allotment Letter
Before you visit the allotted colleges, you need to download the Counselling Allotment Letter. The Seat Allotment Letter is the mandatory document that is required at the time of the Document Verification Process. The Link to download the allotment letter is also provided on this page as soon as the authority activates it. So, before you download the allotment letter, do check and verify all the details and take the printout of the letter. Carry this letter to the allotted college along with the other documents.

Reporting the Allotted College for Telangana MBBS Admission 2025
Candidates who are shortlisted have to visit the allotted college within the specified date and time along with the documents and seat allotment letter. The officer verifies all your certificates and documents. Candidates may also have to pay the Admission Fee to confirm the admission. Furthermore, the students who do not report at the allotted colleges may lose out their seats to some other deserving students.
Soon after the conclusion of the First and Second Round of Counselling, if there are any seats that remain vacant, then a Mop-Up Round takes place.
Document Verification Round After Telangana MBBS Counselling 2025
Once the Counselling Procedure is over, the Document Verification Round takes place. The Document Verification Round is an offline process. In this process, the Examination Authority verify the documents of the candidates who have been selected.

Telangana MBBS First Counselling Round Result 2025- For Convenor Quota
The First Round of Telangana MBBS for Convenor Quota is carried out as per the Convenor Quota merit list. The Result of Counselling Round is published online in the form of seat allotment. As per last year’s statistics, 10, 848 candidates had participated in the first counselling round out of which only 2657 candidates were allotted seats. Out of these many seats, 2080 candidates were allotted medical seats and 577 candidates were allotted Dental College Seats. The Result of the Counselling Round is further published online on the official website of KNRUHS.

Telangana MBBS and BDS 2025 Counselling Procedure for Management Quota
Candidates who are applying under Management Quota have to report at the Prof. G. Ram Reddy Centre for Distant Education (PGRRCDE) with the necessary documents. Candidates are called based on the Ranks scored in NEET for counselling. The Management Quota Counselling 2025 of Telangana State also takes place in two rounds.
However, the students participating in this round shall provide the required documents proving that they are eligible for admission through Management Quota.
