Instructions before filling TBJEE Application Form 2025
Candidates must go through the necessary instructions before attempting to fill the form of TJEE.
- Candidates can only apply in ONLINE mode
- So, Candidates can submit ONE APPLICATION only. Multiple applications will be rejected
- Also, candidates must provide a mobile number & valid email ID for the application
- Out of 6 exam centres, candidates need to pick one
- Candidates have to pick any one group for appearing in TJEE

Steps to fill TJEE Application Form 2025
There are various steps involved in filling the application form. So, candidates should be aware of the same. Check the procedure below.
Step 1: Registration
The first step is the registration process. Candidates need to provide their name, gender, DOB, and Email ID. Also, once these details are submitted, candidates cannot modify or change it. Further, the details must be as per the school admit cards, category certificates, photo IDs, etc.
Step 2: Create a Profile & Edit
In this section, candidates have to provide parents’ name, caste, etc. Also, candidates need to upload scanned images of photograph, signature, caste/ category certificate, DDRC Certificate, Rajya Sainik Board Certificate (for EX candidate), Ration Card (Male BPL candidate).
- Candidate’s Photograph: 10 KB- 200 KB
- Candidate’s Signature: 4 KB- 30 KB
NOTE: All the images must be in JPG/JPEG/PDF (max 1 MB) format.
Step 3: Fill the TBJEE Application Form
Now, go ahead and fill the application form with valid details as per the instructions. Candidates must avoid any mistakes as they can’t rectify it. Hence, read the information carefully and then enter details.
Step 4: Preview & Submit Application
Before the final submission of the application form, preview the details once, and make necessary amendments. Now, submit the form. Candidates must remember that they cannot make changes after the final submission of the form.
Step 5: Payment of TJEE Application Fee
In this step, candidates have to pay the application fee of TJEE. So, the payment can be made via Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Net Banking.
Offline mode of payment (DD, Money order, IPO) is not accepted. Also, the application fee is non-refundable.
Step 6: Print Acknowledgement
Take the printout of the acknowledgment slip after the payment of the fee and submission of the application form.
NOTE: There is no need to send the documents to the TBJEE office. However, the documents will be required at the time of verification & counseling of TJEE.

Candidates who successfully fill the application form can generate the admit card of TJEE. It is mandatory for the candidates to carry the hall ticket to the exam centre.
