Eligibility Criteria: MJP Rohilkhand Admission 2025

The academic council of Rohilkhand University offers various UG/PG/Diploma courses to the students seeking MJPRU Barailley admission 2025 for various courses. In order to apply for admission into the university, applicants must meet the basic eligibility criteria for various courses. The candidates must meet the minimum academic qualification to apply for various courses. Each course has different eligibility which the applicant must fulfill in order to get admission.   • The candidate who has passed the 10+2 (PCB group) examination from any recognized board with at least 45% marks taken together and clearly passed in subject viz Physics, Chemistry, Biology & English individually. Candidates belonging to SC/ST category must have obtained 40% instead of 45%. Students must have attained eligibility at the time of counselling.
  • Minimum age:17 years as of 31st December of the year of admission. A candidate shall have to be medically fit. (The candidates, who are in the merit list, are required to submit a physical fitness certificate from the registered medical practitioner at the time of counseling.)
  • If in any of the self-finance courses, the number of candidates applying for the Entrance Examination is less than the number of total seats, the Entrance Examination of that subject shall not be conducted.
M.Sc.
2 years
  • For admission to the M.Sc. course, the candidates must have passed B.Sc. (3 Year Course) with 45% marks. For SC/ST candidates, there will be a relaxation of 5% marks as per rules.
  • Students of the final year may also apply, however they have to attain eligibility at the time of counseling.
  • Candidates have to ensure that he/she is eligible for appearing in the admission test. Merely appearing in the admission test does not guarantee admission unless eligibility conditions are fulfilled at the time of counselling.
M.Phil.2 yearsFor admission to the course of M.Phil (2 Years Course), the Minimum Educational qualification is

  • Graduation degree with 50% Marks
  • and Post Graduation in the concerned subject with Minimum 55% Marks
  • There will be 5% relaxation for SC/ST candidates.
  • Students of the final year may also apply, however they have to attain eligibility at the time of counselling.
LLM
2 years
  • For admission to the LLM course, the candidates must have passed LLB (3 Year Course) with 50% marks from any Recognized University.
  • For SC/ST candidates, there will be a relaxation of 5% marks as per rules.
  • Students of the final year may also apply, however they have to attain eligibility at the time of counselling.
M.Ed.2 years
  • For admission to the course of M.Ed. (2 Years Course) the minimum Educational qualification is B.Ed. or B.Ed. (Specializations) or an L.T. degree.
  • Admission to these courses will be allowed to those candidates only, who have secured a minimum of 50% marks in B.Ed. / B.Ed. (Specializations)/L.T, There will be 5% relaxation for SC/ST candidates.
  • The candidates who are appearing in the eligibility examination may also appear in the Entrance Test, but they would have to submit the Marksheet of the required eligibility at the time of counseling for admission, In case the candidate fails to fulfill the minimum required eligibility, his/her claim for admission will not be considered.
  • If in any of the self-finance courses, the number of candidates applying for Entrance Examination is less than the number of total seats, the Entrance Examination of that subject shall not be conducted
B.El.Ed.
4 years
  • Candidates seeking admission to B.El.Ed. Programme should have cleared the higher secondary examination (10+2) or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks. Students of 10+2 may also apply, however they have to attain eligibility at the time of counseling.
  • The relaxation in marks for SC/ST Candidates shall be as per the rules of the State Government.
  • Admission to the four-year degree programme in Elementary Teacher Education shall be made strictly on the basis of score obtained in the entrance examination.
  • Eligibility criteria shall vary as per NCTE/UGC/UP State Government/ University norms.
  • A candidate seeking admission in B.El.Ed. course must have completed 17 years on or before 01 October 2020.
  • If in any of the self-finance courses, the number of candidates applying for the Entrance Examination is less than the number of total seats, the Entrance Examination of that subject shall not be conducted.
B.P.Ed2 years
  • Bachelors degree in any discipline with 50% marks and having at least participation in inter-college/Inter-Zonal/ District/School Competition/ in sports and games recognized by the AIU/IOA/SGFI/Govt. of India.
    OR
  • Bachelor’s Degree in physical education with 45% marks.
    OR
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with 45% marks and studied physical education as Compulsory/Elective subject.
