How to choose a good JEE Main 2019 Exam Centre?

While there are numerous exam centers for the candidate to choose from, it is must for the candidate to carefully choose an exam center. But, what are these points that the candidate must keep in mind while choosing an exam center? Read further to know.

  1. The JEE Main exam center should be near your location. This will help the candidate to reach the center on time or before time.
  2. Candidates must choose an accessible center within maximum 30 kilometers. If the exam center distance is more than this distance, it will become problematic for the candidate
  3. Candidate must be familiar with the area of the JEE Main 2019 exam center. In case, he/she isn’t familiar with the area, the candidate must visit the exam center a week before.
  4. The exam centers are allotted on the first come, first serve basis. Therefore candidates must make sure to choose the exam center as soon as the list is released.

Important Instructions for Choosing JEE Main Exam Centre

  • Those appearing in both the papers i.e. Paper-1 and Paper-2, the Date, Centre and Shift may be different for Paper-1 and Paper-2.
  • The exact City, Date, Shift and Paper (Paper-1 or Paper-2) of Examination shall be indicated on the Admit Card. Admit Card must be printed from NTA’s website.
  • The examination will be held at the above-given cities, provided there are sufficient numbers of candidates in the city.
