IPU CET Seat Allotment 2019: Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) will be conducting the annual seat allotment procedure for the academic admission of 2019 session for various IPU campuses. The complete counselling and seat allotment process will take place in the month of June and July 2019. IPU CET Seat Allotment 2019 Procedure

Firstly, candidates will have to register for the IPU CET Seat Allotment 2019 Procedure from the official website of Indraprastha University.

How to View the Seat Allotment List?

Candidates who have successfully registered and filled in the choices will be considered for the preparation of the seat allotment list. The authorities will allot seats solely on the basis of the IPU CET Rank List. Anyhow, candidates can the check the seat allotment list by following the steps given below.

  • Candidates, at first, are required to go to the official website of IPU.
  • Locate the login console
  • Login using the registration ID and password; enter in the security pin.
  • Locate the link that leads to Seat Allotment List
  • Candidates will be able to access the seat allotment list from therein.
  • Candidates, then, are required to take a print of the provisional seat allotment letter.
  • A small amount of fee is to be paid on behalf of the admission confirmation.
  • The admission confirmation fee can be paid online via Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking or offline via bank challan.
  • The amount to be paid will be INR 40,000.

What after the IPU CET Seat Allotment?

Candidates, once allotted with seats, will have to make their decision regarding the acceptance or rejection of the allotted seat. To confirm the seats, candidate must freeze the allotted seat and by freezing the seat means to lock his/her allotted seat. In that case, what it means is that the candidates do not wish to participate in any further rounds of IPU CET seat allotment through counselling. After paying the part academic fee, if any candidate wishes to withdraw from their allotted seat, then he/she will have to do so by logging into their account. Though these candidates will not be eligible for further rounds of counselling, they can still apply for the spot round counselling.

Finally, candidates will have to report to the allotted college and make the final payment and get the documents verified.

After the Final Round of the IPU CET Seat Allotment, candidates who have been allotted seats will not be able to withdraw their seats and no refund request will be entertained.

IPU CET Seat Allotment – Spot Rounds

IPU will conduct the IPU CET Spot Rounds for the candidates after the conclusion of the IPU CET Seat Allotment. It will cost the candidates some extra money, and candidates will be allotted seats on the basis of the merit list and choice preferences entered by the candidates. In the IPU CET Seat Allotment spot rounds, even the candidates who have dropped from the regular rounds of IPU CET Seat Allotment rounds will be allowed to participate.
