Candidates who clear both the written and the interview round are further commissioned in the Military Nursing Service. The Indian Army Nursing Institutes are spread across the country in cities such as New Delhi, Lucknow, Kolkata, Bangalore, Pune, and Asvini. How to check the Result of the Indian Army Nursing Exam 2021?
The candidates who appeared for the entrance examination can check the results online. In addition, the result is declared in the form of a merit list. Candidates are ranked in order of merit in this list. The students may not be able to check the results via offline mode. - Then you are redirected to the homepage, wherein you need to click on the link to “Indian Army BSc Nursing Result”.
- The result is declared in PDF format, hence you need to find your name on the list. For that, you need to press Ctril+F and enter either your roll number or name.
- Then your name or roll number is highlighted in the pdf. Then there, you can check your score and other details. However, if the details are not highlighted, then that means you did not qualify for the exam and are not eligible for the interview round.

Indian Army Nursing Interview Round 2021
After the result declaration, the interview round begins. Only the students who cleared the entrance exam shall be eligible to participate in this admission round. The authorities issue admit card for this round as well. Wherein, the details of the candidate, interview date, time, and venue are mentioned. In addition, the admit card for the Army BSc Nursing Interview is sent on the registered mail ID. Candidates can thus download it from there. The verification procedure is carried out on the same day. For which, the students have to carry certain documents along.
Important Documents to be carried along on Interview Day
The original and photocopies of the documents that you must carry along are as follows:
- Marksheet of Class 10th
- Transfer Certificate
- Marksheet of Class 12th
- Migration Certificate
- A Certificate in proof of Date of Birth
- Aadhar Card
- If there was a gap of more than 2 years in between your 10th and 12th class. Then you need to get the gap certificate from the principal of the school from where you have passed the 12th class.
- Two Character Certificates from different gazetted officers also have to be submitted.
- Candidates also have to provide a certificate, which confirms that the student passed the qualifying exam as a regular student.
- An attested copy of the Army Nursing Exam Hall Ticket
- Certificate of SC/ ST (If Applicable)
- Domicile Certificate
- NCC ‘C’ Certificate acquired by the student, if applicable.
- Dependency Certificate of Army/ Ex-Officer personnel issued by a competent authority.
- Certificate of War Widows/ dependents of personnel killed in action/ dependents of personnel dies in harness.
- Passport Size Photographs (At least 10)
- Participation Certificates in School/ College or of National Level.
Medical Examination for Army Nursing Admission
The Medical Examination procedure is carried out on the next day of the interview round. Only the students with 50% or more in the final merit list shall be eligible. The final merit list is prepared by combining the scores of the written examination and interview round. Further, only the students who clear the Army Nursing Medical Examination are allotted a seat. The results of the medical test are declared within a week of the test. In addition, the test result is sent to the student either through mail or SMS. Physical Standards that should be met for Admission
The students shall meet the minimum standard eyesight, weight, and height for being eligible to get admission. If you do not meet the physical standard then you will not get selected, even if you clear other rounds. The physical standards set by the Army officials are further mentioned below.
The distant vision that must be there is mentioned below. In the Army, one has to work through difficult situations. Hence, it is important to be fit physically as well. In addition, note that the students with Myopia, should not be more than 5.5 D including astigmatism. Manifest Hypermetropia should further not be more than +3.5 D including astigmatism.

The minimum height that a female candidate must have is 148 cm. However, in the case of candidates from North East India and Hilly areas such as Gorkhas, Nepalese, Assamese, Garhwalis, etc the minimum height is relaxed by 5cm and the weight is commensurate with reduced height.
The minimum acceptable weight for female candidates is 39 Kg. However, that does differ with the height. Moreover, the table below elaborates the female average weight in kilograms for different age groups as heights. Note that a 10% variation on either side of the average acceptable.

Indian Army B.Sc Nursing Selection Procedure 2021
The admission is granted purely on the basis of merit. Hence, the student’s performance in the admission rounds is considered. The first round of the Army BSc Nursing Admission Procedure is the written exam. Candidates who clear the written exam then have to appear for the interview round. Wherein, the verification procedure is carried out. Hence, the students have to carry a few documents as well. Further, the final merit list is released, wherein students are ranked in order of merit as per their performance in the written exam and interview round.
