AIAPGET Counselling 2025: The counselling of AIAPGET takes place online followed by registration and online choice filling. The mode of counselling is online. Candidates must note that the NTA does not conduct the counselling. The AYUSH Admissions Central Counselling Committee (AACCC) is responsible for conducting the counselling. Procedure Of AIAPGET AYUSH ACCC Counselling
Only merit list candidates are eligible for the AIAPGET 2025 counselling. In addition, candidates are called for counselling as per the merit list. The Counselling takes place in two rounds followed by a Mop-Up Round Counselling. So, here is the step by step process to apply for the counselling round.
Registration
For every round of counselling, the candidate has to register themselves for counselling. In this stage, you have to register, make the payment, and fill in the choices at your convenience.
Choice Filling and Locking
Soon after the registration, the candidates have to fill in the choices and lock the choices before the closing date. The options once locked cannot be changed further.
AIAPGET Seat Allotment Result
The Seat Allotment Result of AIAPGET 2025 is announced after the choice filling and locking. The seat allotment result finalizes the allotment of the seat.
Reporting the College
Soon after the seat allotment result, candidates have to report to the allotted college. They must report to the college within the given period of time. Otherwise, the officials do not entertain them and the seat is given to another deserving candidate.
Documents Required for AIAPGET Counselling 2025
The candidates have to bring some documents along with him/ her to the counselling session. Carrying the documents is mandatory. Therefore, candidates must make sure that carry all the documents. Note that if any of the candidates would not be able to provide the documents. Then the authorities have the right to reject the application of such candidates. Moreover, the candidates are advised to carry both the originals and the photocopies of the documents. Make sure that you provide the correct documents. If the officials find any document to be false, then they reject the application of such a candidate.
AIAPGET Mop-Up Round Counselling 2025
The AACCC AIAPGET Mop-Up Round Counselling takes place if the seats remain vacant after two rounds of counselling. Thus, this round is conducted only if the seats are left vacant. The notification regarding the same is published on the Official Website (www.aiapget.com). Hence, candidates who do not get a seat in any of the two rounds of counselling are eligible for the Mop-Up Round Counselling. Further, the officials release a notice regarding the no. of seats vacant as the mop-up round is conducted in accordance with that only.

- The dates of counselling sessions can change as per the convenience of the particular institution.
- The Ministry of AYUSH does not have any role in conducting the AIAPGET Counselling session.
- In order to attend the counselling session, the candidates must qualify for the exam.
- It is mandatory for the candidates to bring the documents to the counselling session for document verification.
- If the candidates fail to bring the documents, then they are not eligible to attend the counselling session.
- The admission to the particular institutions takes place on the basis of the marks that the candidates attain in the examination.
