UP CPAT Application Form 2025

The Uttar Pradesh Combined Pre-AYUSH Test is a State Level Entrance Exam that is conducted every year. Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapith, Varanasi is the main conducting body of the UP CPAT Exam. The Exam Conducting Body has not released any dates for UP CPAT Admission Form yet. However, the Institute releases the exam dates on the official website. UP CPAT Eligibility Criteria

The Application Form Fees of UP CPAT is different as per the categories. The fee amount is mandatory to pay and is non-refundable. The cost of the application fees for the General Category is Rs 1600/- and the cost of the application form for Reserved Category is Rs 800/-. The mode of making the payment is online only through Internet Banking/ Credit Card/ Debit Card.
