Kurukshetra University Revaluation Form

The university has released the revaluation form for Part-I and II courses. The university has adopted an online method to submit the application form for UG and PG programs. However, the university follows some instructions for the submission. Hence, candidates can check below.

  • In other cases where results have already been declared and applied for re-evaluation through offline mode will also be considered for re-evaluation of answer-book(s) as per existing rules.
  • Candidates can submit the revaluation form of the answer books only through the online link. This has to be submitted within 15 days after the declaration of the result. Thus, the prescribed fee for the revaluation form is as follows-
          • Rs 1000/- per answer book for BDS.
          • Rs 500/- per answer book for Engineering and Pharmacy.
          • Rs 300/- for all other exams.
  • Students can make the payment online using credit or debit or net banking. Provided that no answer–book will be re-evaluated if the re-evaluation form is submitted after one year of the date of Examinations on any ground whatsoever.
  • Re-valuation is not applicable on dissertations, project reports, practicals, etc. subject of Environmental Studies for Under-Graduate Classes and in the Examinations in the Faculty of Medical Sciences excluding BDS and Pharmacy.
  • Students must carefully select the subjects for revaluation. They must take the printout of the application for future reference.
  • An increase/decrease in the marks due to re-evaluation will be taken into account. The marks will be revised on the basis of the revaluation.
  • If the score increases/decreases by 3% or more of the maximum marks, and the character of the result changes (character means a change in “Division” or “Fail to Compartment/Re-appear” or “Fail to Pass” or “Compartment/Re-appear to Pass or in the case of a student(s) for Master’s degree examination the aggregate comes to 55%).
  • Candidates can withdraw their revaluation form before the receipt of awards. No refund of the amount is considered.
  • The student can see his/her Answer-Book(s) for identification only on payment of an additional fee of Rs. 100/- per Answer-Book during working hours on a written request within 15 days from the date of declaration of result of re-evaluation.
