The university offers admission to undergraduate and postgraduate courses like B.A, B.Sc, B.Com, MBA, MCA etc. The university conducts an entrance test (KUET) for postgraduate courses. • Selection List of LLM and M.Tech has been released. The provisional selected candidates have to download their online admission forms by entering their roll number. He/She has bring all the documents (self-attested) to the concerned Head Department of Law, University of Kashmir. KUET Application Form 2025

Kashmir University releases KUET Application Form on its official website. Hence, candidates who meet the eligibility criteria can fill the form. The application link remains active for a limited period of time. Therefore, the candidates must submit the form before the due date. However, the mode of the application form is online.

How to apply for Kashmir University Application Form?

The step by step procedure to apply for Kashmir University Exam are as follows-

• Then click on the application form link.
• Register by providing necessary details.
• Fill in the application form with personal, educational, and contact details.
• Upload the scanned photograph and signature as per the specifications.

Kashmir University Application Fees

• KUET application form fees is Rs 250/-including Rs 150/- as IT Fees.
• The entrance test fees is Rs 500/- i.e Rs 750/- for one program, and Rs 250/- for subsequent programmes.
• For Bachelors in Music and Fine art, the application fee is Rs 150/-, and entrance fee costs Rs 250/-.

Candidates must note that the category students have to submit the downloaded application form with all the other certificates to the office of the university.

Applicants who have enrolled in the university have to fill and submit the exam form. The exam form is filled to appear for the semester exams. Kashmir University Eligibility Criteria and Selection Process

Exam Pattern of Kashmir University Entrance Test

PG Entrance Exam Pattern

• The questions are asked in MCQ format.
• A total of 60 questions are asked in the examination.
• There is a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answers.

M.A Mass Communication and Journalism Exam Pattern

• For the entrance test, there will be two papers.
• Questions will be based on the subject related.
• The paper I will carry a total of 60 questions. Whereas, the paper II consists of 5 questions.
• The total marks of question paper II is 40 marks.
• However, the final selection will be on the basis of the scores obtained in Paper I and II.

Exam Pattern and Selection Process of MTTM

The selection to this program will take place based on the entrance test and group discussion. The entrance test consists of 80% weightage and group discussion carries 20% weightage.

MPEd Exam Pattern

Those who qualify the physical efficiency test will be eligible for the entrance test. However, the details will be available on the website.

Kashmir University Admit Card

Students who are appearing the entrance exam have to download the KUET Admit Card. The hall ticket releases on the official website of the university. Hence, students who have submitted the application form will be able to download the admit card of Kashmir University. However, to download the hall ticket the candidates have to provide their hall ticket and date of birth.

Similarly, the students who have studying in the university has to download Kashmir University Exam Admit Card for the semesters. To download, the students have to visit the student portal and provide required details. It is a mandatory document that has to be carried to the examination.

Kashmir University Entrance Answer Key 2025

Soon after the completion of the exam, the university releases the answer key of the entrance exam. Hence, candidates who have appeared the exam can check their performance with the help of the KUET Answer Key. Applicants can challenge the answer key if they are not satisfied with the answers. The submission of the challenges has to be done within the due date. Soon after that, the university checks the challenges and releases final answer key.

Kashmir University Entrance Test Result

Based on the answer key, the university releases the result. The KUET result is declared in the form of merit list. In case, if two or more candidates score the same number of marks, then tie-breaking criteria is used.

Tie-Breaking Criteria

• Firstly, the marks obtained in the qualifying exam is considered.
• If tie still exists, the aggregate marks in which admission is taken by taking merit of bachelor’s program will be considered.
• If the tie still exists, then marks in 10+2 are considered.

KUET Merit List and Selection List 2025

Soon after the completion of the exam, the university releases a merit list. The KUET Selection List releases on its official website. The first two selection lists for all the courses are issued according to the preferences stated by the candidates in the application form. If there is any vacant seats then the candidates have to appear in the counselling.
