JEE Main Answer Key 2020: National Testing Agency (NTA) will be releasing the Answer Key for Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main) for the candidates who would like to review the correct responses against the questions that will be asked in the JEE Main 2020 examination. How to View the JEE Main Answer Key 2020?

JEE Main Answer Key will be made available on the official website of NTA JEE Main 2020. Students, in order to check the answer key, have to log in with their registered ID by entering their Username and password, as a result, they will have the access to the JEE Main 2020 Answer Key. Candidates can avail the JEE Main Answer Key by simply following the steps below.

  • Go to the Official Website of NTA: nta.ac.in
  • Login in with registered ID by entering the Username and Password
  • Enter the details about that which is being asked.
  • Select the “view Answer Key” option.
  • JEE Main Answer Key will open in PDF Format which can be downloaded.

How to Challenge the Official NTA JEE Main 2020 Answer Key?

Candidates will have the provision of challenging the official Answer Key. National Testing Agency (NTA) will allot a specific time frame for students to raise their objections and challenges. NTA, after attending all the objections, will re-release the official Answer Key with relevant changes.

The given steps have to be followed by the candidates to challenge the released answer key

  • Log in to your account using your application number and date of birth.
  • Fill the online application form for challenging the jeemain.nic.in answer key 2019.
  • For every answer that the candidate is challenging, candidates have to pay Rs. 1000/-. (This fee is non-refundable)

JEE Main 2020 Marking Scheme

Once the Final Answer Key is released, candidates can review the answers and estimate their scores. In order to do that, candidates must be aware of JEE Main Marking Schemes 2020. The table below shows the Marking Scheme to follow while calculating.

JEE Main 2020 Result

National Testing Agency (NTA) will be releasing the official Results of JEE Main 2020 after assessing all the Answer Key challenges in the form of test scores and All India Ranking (AIR). NTA will release the JEE Main Result 2020 in the last week of January for the January session exams and last week of April for the April session exams. Furthermore, All India Rank (AIR) will be the basis of much of the further admission processes such as JEE Main 2020 Counselling and Seat Allotment.

Furthermore, National Testing Agency (NTA) will be using the policy of ‘Normalization Procedure based on percentile Score’ in order to overcome such problem of the unequal gain of marks. Now the normalization Procedure will be used for JEE Main score which will be based on Percentile Score in order to ensure that the level of exam is equal for every candidate appearing for JEE Main 2020. The Normalization will be done to make sure there is no uneven difficulty level in the exam.
