HITSEEE Counselling 2025 will be held from 25th May to 1st June 2025. HITSEEE is a university-level entrance test. Therefore, many candidates appear for this exam every year. Those who wish to seek admission into UG B.Tech Courses in HITS can appear for HITSEEE. The Hindustan Institute of Technology and Science will release the result after the exam. HITSEEE Counselling 2025
The HITSEEE counselling 2025 conducts after the declaration of the result. The candidate’s rank is decided the seat that will be allotted to him/her. Candidates must make a note that simply qualifying the HITSEEE 2025 and securing a rank will not guarantee admission to Hindustan University. Admission will be given on the merit/rank of the candidate and the number of seats available in a particular course.

HITSEEE Counselling 2025 Procedure
- All the eligible candidates will receive a call letter on the basis of their rank in the HITSEEE 2025 merit list.
- Candidates have to download the call letter and report to the counselling venue with all the necessary documents.
- The candidates will be allotted seats on the basis of their rank and the seats available in the course.
- Further, after the acceptance of seats, the candidates have to pay the admission fee and confirm their allotted seats.

Candidates must bring a certain set of documents at the time of counselling. Ensure that you carry original as well as xerox copies.
- HITSEEE Rank card 2025
- Mark sheet of Class 10th as proof of date of birth
- Mark sheet of Class 12th or it’s equivalent
- Recent Passport Size Photos (2)
- Photo ID proof (PAN, Aadhar, Passport) – Original for verification, Photocopy to be submitted
- DD of Rs. 50,000/- drawn in favour of ‘Hindustan Institute of Technology and Science’ payable at Chennai.
