Gujarat Nursing 2020 Application Form

Gujarat GNM Nursing Application Form will be available in online mode on the official website. The students who want to take admission in Gujarat GNM Colleges can apply. In addition, students should fill in the application form carefully. The information you will mention in the form will be used for the entire admission process. Gujarat GNM Eligibility Criteria

The admission committee will prescribe the eligibility criteria. It is compulsory for all applicants to satisfy the eligibility criteria. The eligibility criteria set for Gujarat GNM Admission is defined down below.

  • The applicant should have passed the HSC Exam from a recognized board or university.
  • Moreover, students who have cleared the HSC Exam in vocational auxiliaries horse’s midwife course can also apply. In addition, the course should have been revised after 2001 and recognized by Indian Nursing Council.
  • In addition, the applicant should have had English as a mandatory subject in the qualifying exam.
  • The applicant should have passed the exam with 40% marks.
  • Furthermore, the applicant should have completed a 6 months internship.

Note that the students who do not satisfy the eligibility criteria, cannot apply for the course.

Gujarat Nursing Choice Filling and Seat Allotment

While filling the application form, applicants will have to fill in the names of colleges for which they want to take admission in. Moreover, applicants can mention at least 3 nursing schools of their choice. Further, during seat allotment, officials will consider those choices. However, the seats will be allotted on the basis of merit only. Further, fill in the choices carefully. As you will get admitted to one of the mentioned colleges only. Seat Reservation

Note that certain seats are reserved for students who belong to Gujarat. Moreover, a no. of seats are also reserved for the candidates who fall under the reserved category. Further, the reservation of seats is not applicable for applicants who have migrated from other states. The candidates’ who will claim reserved seats have to produce required documents. In addition, a seat in government GNM/ANM school is reserved for a widow and an orphan girl. Furthermore, students applying for these seats have to provide a widow or orphan certificate. It should be issued  Collector/ Deputy Collector/ JTDO and DDO.

Gujarat GNM/ANM Nursing Merit List 2020

The admission committee of Govt. of Gujarat will prepare this merit list. It will indicate the names of all the selected candidates. Moreover, in this list, the applicants will be ranked in order of merit. In addition, separate merit lists will be available for male and female candidates’. The authorities will further publish it on their official website. It will be released in PDF format. Thus, students will be able to download it easily. MED Gujarat GNM Counselling and Personal Interview Round

After the release of the merit list, counselling and interview rounds will be conducted. In addition, it is compulsory for all merit list candidates’ to appear for these rounds. A selection committee will be appointed for these rounds. Further, the selection committee will interview students to check whether they are suitable for the course or not. A candidate has to clear this round to get admission. Moreover, for counselling round, a candidate has to carry all the essential documents along. Make sure that you carry both originals and attested photocopies along. Candidates’ appearing for Gujarat GNM Counselling without required documents may lose out their seats to other deserving candidates’. Therefore, make sure that you are present in person.
