CG PET Seat Allotment 2025

Seat allotment is part of the counselling process of CG PET 2025. In order to seek admission, candidates need to necessarily participate in the counselling. After the online registration, the admission authorities will publish the round-wise seat allotment result. However, candidates must remember that the counselling will be closed as soon as the seats are filled. Further, the authority will allot the seats on the basis of candidate’s choices, JEE Main/ CG PET scores, seat availability in the course, etc.

Step 1: CG PET Seat Allotment Result

In order to access the result of seat allotment, candidates need to visit the official website of DTE to download the seat allotment letter. So, the letter will contain all the details regarding the further admission process. Follow the below-mentioned steps to download the result.

  • Now, enter the login credentials
  • Download the result PDF for future uses

Step 2: Reporting at the Institute

As per the result, candidates have to report to the allotted institute for document verification and other admission related processes. Further, those who wish to upgrade their seats in the upcoming rounds have to also report to the institute. Such candidates can participate in the further counseling rounds. In case, they are allotted seats in the next round, then the previous seat allotment will be cancelled. The fees will be adjusted as per the new seat result.

Step 3: Verification of Documents

While reporting to the Institute, candidates have to submit the documents required for admission. So, the authorities will verify the documents and then confirm the admission of the candidate.

  • Gap Letter (if the candidate had taken a break between class XII exam and JEE Main/ CG PET)

CG PET Seat Allotment – Withdrawal

In case the candidate wishes to withdraw their seats before the last date of admission, then the authorities will refund the amount (fees). However, Rs, 1000 will be deducted. Also, if the admission date has passed and then the candidate wishes to withdraw the seat, then the admission authorities will use the following formula.

“Deductible Fees= No. of admitted months x Total Fees/ Number of months in 1 semester”
