The candidates are admitted on the basis of the GNMEE Merit List. Thus, you need to clear the entrance exam for admission. Moreover, seats are allotted after the verification of documents. Eligibility Criteria
- Female candidates are eligible for this course.
- The applicant should be a permanent resident of Assam.
- The candidate should have passed 10+2 with 40% marks.
- Moreover, candidates with Arts subjects (Vocational Streams only) are also eligible.
- The candidate should be a minimum of 17 years. In addition, she should not be more than 24 years as of 1 January 2025.
- The upper age limit for reserved category candidates is as per the norms set by the government.

Assam GNM Nursing Counselling
The counseling begins soon after the result declaration. It is the last round of the admission process. Moreover, it is compulsory for candidates to appear for this round.
