Will there be a JEE Main 2019 Revised Result?
In such a case, most of you are thinking what will happen to the challenges of those candidates who have a problem with the answer keys. There is no official notification released by the NTA regarding the challenge of jee main answer keys.
However, according to the most recent press release, the NTA only stated that:
In order to make the examination system transparent, the Question Paper and recorded responses were displayed in the website for the verification by examinees. To ensure accuracy and transparency of result, the keys of question papers were displayed in advance to invite challenges by the candidates.
If you pay attention to how grave the matter is, you will find a big problem here. According to the NTA rules, any candidate who had a problem with an answer key, could raise their objection and challenge the answer key by paying an amount of Rs. 1000 per answer, which is a huge amount for candidates to pay even if they have to challenge only 2 answer keys.
==> Challenging JEE Main 2019 Answer Key
Hypothetically speaking, if there are 5 lakh answers that have been challenged by each candidate out of the 10 lakh exam takers, the NTA will receive an amount of Rs. 50,00,00,00 (50 crores)! This is not a small amount. And more than anything, candidates will be hopeless and disappointed with the NTA.
Another case that has come up after the conduct of the JEE Main 2019 January examination is that there have been claims by the applicants, their parents and tuition teachers that 13 to 15 questions asked in the examination were incorrect: that the options provided did not have the correct answers.

JEE Main 2019 Revised Result
In this scenario, the NTA will not let the candidates go home unhappy. Therefore, we are assuming that the NTA will release the JEE Main 2019 Revised Results soon. Please note that there is no official notification released regarding the same but in a case like this where a lot of candidates are tensed, the NTA will take out a solution to this problem too.
- Either National Testing Agency will release the JEE Main 2019 revised results or will refund all the money paid by the candidates.
- Also, for candidates who have claimed that the JEE Main 2019 questions and their answer options were incorrect might be given bonus marks of +4. If this happens, then candidates will get to see the JEE Main 2019 revised results soon.
- We hope that NTA takes some action as a good thing about this year’s exam conducting body is that the amount paid by the candidate for a particular answer will be refunded if the challenge is valid and accepted by the NTA.
