The NTRUHS BAMS/BHMS/BYMS 2019 Counselling will take place in the month of October. Dr. NTR University is the main conducting body of NTRUHS Counselling 2019. NTRUHS BAMS/BHMS Merit List 2019

The NTRUHS Merit List 2019 will be available online on the official website. Candidates whose application form has been accepted successfully and have the qualifying NEET UG 2019 Marks will be included in the Merit List. • Visit the Official Website of NTRUHS – www.ntruhs.ap.nic.in
• On the Homepage section, click on the link and using the login credentials login
• Download the Seat Allotment Letter
• Now, report the allotted college with the required documents and provisional seat allotment letter.
• Pay the counselling fees and reserve the seat.
• Candidates who are happy with their seat allotment can confirm their admission by paying the fees.
• Lastly, the Seat allotted to the appliers on his/her choice will be final and will not be distorted.

NTRUHS BAMS/BHMS/BYNS Counselling 2019 – Fees

The Candidates who are participating in the counselling round has to pay an appropriate fee amount to confirm their counselling. The Couselling Fee amount for Unreserved Category (OBC/OC) is Rs 1500/- and for Reserved Category is 800/-. The fees have to be paid at the reception counter. Once you make the payment, your admission will be confirmed. You will have to show the counseling fee receipt at the registration counter to confirm their admission. Candidates must note that the counselling fees are non-refundable.

NTRUHS BAMS/BHMS/BYNS Counselling 2019 – Instructions

Well, now that you have to get an idea of NTRUHS Web Counselling, now its very important to know about the process and list of instructions that have to be followed at the time of performing NTRUHS Counselling 2019.

• In the process of Web Counselling, you will receive a One-Time Password.
• Log in the using log-in credentials and download the provisional allotment letter after making the payment of the University Fees. The payment of the fees can be done through Internet Banking/Credit/Debit Card.
• After you receive the allotment letter, you will have to report the allotted college with the necessary documents.
• The area-wise seat matrix will be available on the screen so that the applicants can exercise the web options properly.
• You can choose as many options you want. The Final Allotment Letter will be available on the official website.
• Your Admission process will be termed as final, after making the payment of the University Fees.
• If in case, you plan to take admission in another college during the subsequent phase of counseling, then the original certificates will be sent to the other college concerned after the closure of admissions.
• The University Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstance. Therefore, make sure that you make the payment.

Certificates and Document Verification

Well, on the basis of the Final Provisional Merit List, the Document Verification Process will take place. Candidates will get admission in various courses such as BAMS/BHMS/BYNS in the colleges that are under Dr. NTR University.

Therefore, the candidates whose names are on the merit list will be eligible to participate in the document verification process. Candidates must report the allotted college with the documents and final provisional letter.

The Reporting Venue for NTRUHS BAMS/BHMS/BYNS Counselling 2019 is – Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences, Administrative Building Vijayawada. 

Hence, the Applicants who fall under CAP/NCC/PH have to attend the counseling round on the specified date and time, which is allotted to the General and Reserved Category Candidates. No dates will be available for them separately.

The List of the Documents are Certificates for Ex-Servicemen Children is as follows-

• Original Discharge Certificate of his/her parent.
• Identity Card of his/her parent issued by Zila Sainik Welfare Officer of concerned candidates.
• Original Pension Book of his/her parent if pensioner.
• Residential Certificates of the parent of the candidate issued by Mandal Revenue Officer
