NEET MDS Counselling 2020: The NEET MDS Seat Allotment List has been released after the first round of counselling. In addition, the link to download the list is given below. Moreover, the Online Reporting procedure began on 13th April 2020. Now the last date of online reporting has been extended till 24th April 2020. Check the revised schedule below. The complete details are given below. Directorate General of Health Sciences (DGHS) conducts counselling round on the behalf of Medical Counselling Committee (MCC). Moreover, the round of counselling may begin from March 14 onwards. However, the NEET MDS Merit List is expected to release in the second week of Feb 2020. The candidates who will clear the NEET MDS Exam will be eligible for this round. In addition, the date, time and venue details of NEET MDS Counselling 2020 will be present on the official website of NBE. Candidates who will clear this round will be further eligible for admission to 50% All India Quota, deemed, central universities, and ESIC colleges. NEET MDS Counselling 2020

The counselling round will begin soon after the result declaration. Thus, only the merit list students shall be eligible for the NTA NEET MDS Counselling. Candidates should also note that 50% at an All India Level is reserved for SC/ST/OBC/PH. In addition, candidates would have to register online for each round of counselling. During the registration, candidates have to enter their preferences of colleges, education details, the application number, etc. Further, the result is expected to be out on or before 15 January 2020. The counselling thus may begin in the month of March.

Updates: 

  • NEET MDS Online Reporting of Round 1 Counseling has been extended till 24th April 2020. The new schedule has been released as well. Now the candidates’ can report online at allotted colleges till April, 24.

NEET MDS 2020 Counselling Procedure

NTA NEET MDS Counselling will comprise of a few steps. Moreover, in total rounds will be conducted, wherein a mop-up round may take place for deemed and central counselling. If any of the seats would be left vacant after AIQ (All India Quota) seat counselling, then those will be transferred to state counselling authorities. Furthermore, the counselling round includes the following steps:

Registration

  • All the merit students would have to first register themselves for each round of counselling. The registration process will take place in online mode. Thus, students have to visit the official website (www.nbe.edu.in) to register themselves.
  • During registration, candidates have to enter their NEET MDS roll number, name, the application number, date of birth and stream (Dental/ Medical).
  • Then after entering all the details, the login credentials will appear which you need to preserve. You will require it to check updates related to counselling.
  • In addition, candidates should make sure that they provide correct personal and other details. As you will not be able to edit the information provided during registration.

Payment

  • Candidates would be able to register successfully only after the submission of the application fee. Wherein, the registration fee is non-refundable.
  • The candidates would also have to submit the tuition along with it.
  • Further, the payment can be done online through credit/ debit cards and net banking.

Registration Slip

  • The registration slip will appear on the screen after the payment of the registration fee.
  • Candidates are further advised to take out a printout of this slip, as it would be required for further admission processes.

Choice Filling

  • In this step, the students have to fill in their preferences in colleges. In addition, you may not be able to edit it, thus enter your choices carefully.
  • After entering your choices, you need to click on the “save and continue” button.
  • Moreover, the candidates who will not lock their choices, then the filled options will be locked automatically.

NTA NEET MDS Seat Allotment

The Seat Allotment process will be carried out by MCC. They will release the result after the choice filling process will get completed. The officials will release a list wherein selected candidates name, allotted college and All India Rank will be mentioned. However, the selection will be done on the basis of merit rank, preferences and available seats. Further, the candidates whose names will be on the list have to download the allotment letter. Candidates have to further carry this letter along with other documents to the allotted institute to complete the admission process.

Documents to be carried along for NBE NEET MDS Counselling 2020

During the NEET MDS Admission process, candidates have to provide certain documents. Thus, the list of documents you need to take along is given below. Make sure that you carry both originals and the photocopies.

  • BDS Mark Sheets
  • NEET MDS Result
  • NTA NEET MDS 2020 Admit Card
  • One ID: Driving License, Passport, PAN Card, Voter ID, or Aadhar Card
  • Internship certificate issued by the Medical Council of India (MCI) or State Medical Council (SMC).
  • A certificate for birth proof (Higher Secondary Certificate/ Birth Certificate/ High School Certificate).
  • SC/ ST/ OBC Certificate issued by a competent authority (If Applicable)
  • Disability Certificate issued by the medical board. (If Applicable)

NEET MDS 2020 Result

The NTA NEET MDS Merit List Result will be released on the official website. Candidates will have to enter their registration number and date of birth to check the result. Moreover, the National Board of Examinations (NBE) is responsible for releasing the result. Candidates may not receive any notification regarding the release of the merit list. NBE NEET MDS Cut Off

The cut-off marks are basically the minimum qualifying marks, which a candidate needs to score to participate in the NEET MDS Counselling 2020 round. Further, cut-off marks will be different for each category. The cut-off list will be made available online on the official website. Candidates can further check out the table given below, wherein previous years cut off percentile is mentioned. You can refer to it for having an idea as to what could be the cutoff for this year.
