NEET MDS Counselling 2025: The Directorate General of Health Sciences (DGHS) conducts counselling round on the behalf of Medical Counselling Committee (MCC). Only the candidates who clear the NEET MDS Exam are eligible for this round. In addition, the date, time, and venue details of NEET MDS Counselling 2025 are published on the official website of NBE. The selected candidates are further eligible for admission to 50% All India Quota, deemed, central universities, and ESIC colleges. Furthermore, NEET MDS counselling is conducted in online mode. NEET MDS Counselling 2025

The counselling round begins soon after the result declaration. Thus, only the merit list students can participate in NTA NEET MDS 2025 Counselling. Candidates should also note that 50% at an All India Level is reserved for SC/ ST/ OBC/ PH. In addition, candidates have to register online for each round of counselling. During the registration, candidates have to enter their preferences of colleges, education details, the application number, etc.

NEET MDS 2025 Counselling Procedure

NTA NEET MDS Counselling comprises of a few steps. Moreover, in total two rounds are conducted, wherein a mop-up round may take place for deemed and central counselling. If any of the seats are left vacant after AIQ (All India Quota) seat counselling, then those are transferred to state counselling authorities. Furthermore, the counselling round includes the following steps:

Registration

  • All the merit students have to first register themselves for each round of counselling. The registration process takes place in online mode. Thus, students have to visit the official website (www.nbe.edu.in) to register themselves.
  • During registration, candidates have to enter their NEET MDS roll number, name, application number, date of birth, and stream (Dental/ Medical).
  • Then after entering all the details, the login credentials appear which you need to preserve. These are required to check updates related to counselling.
  • In addition, candidates should make sure that they provide correct personal and other details. As you cannot edit the information provided during registration.

Payment

  • Candidates can register successfully only after the submission of the application fee. Wherein, the registration fee is non-refundable.
  • The candidates also have to submit the tuition along with it.
  • Further, the payment can be done online through credit/ debit cards and net banking.

Registration Slip

  • The registration slip appear on the screen after the payment of the registration fee.
  • Candidates are further advised to take out a printout of this slip, as it is required for further admission processes.

Choice Filling

  • In this step, the students have to fill in their preferences in colleges. In addition, you may not be able to edit it, thus enter your choices carefully.
  • After entering your choices, you need to click on the “save and continue” button.
  • Moreover, for the candidates who do not lock their choices, then the filled options are locked automatically.

NTA NEET MDS Seat Allotment

The Seat Allotment process is carried out by MCC. They release the result after the choice filling process is completed. The officials release a list wherein selected candidates’ names, allotted colleges and All India Rank is mentioned. However, the selection is done on the basis of merit rank, preferences, and available seats. Further, the candidates whose names are on the list have to download the allotment letter. Candidates have to further carry this letter along with other documents to the allotted institute to complete the admission process.

Documents to be carried along for NBE NEET MDS Counselling 2025

During the NEET MDS Admission process, candidates have to provide certain documents. Thus, the list of documents you need to take along is given below. Make sure that you carry both originals and the photocopies.

  • BDS Mark Sheets
  • NEET MDS Result
  • NTA NEET MDS 2025 Admit Card
  • One ID: Driving License, Passport, PAN Card, Voter ID, or Aadhar Card
  • Internship certificate issued by the Medical Council of India (MCI) or State Medical Council (SMC).
  • A certificate for birth proof (Higher Secondary Certificate/ Birth Certificate/ High School Certificate).
  • SC/ ST/ OBC Certificate issued by a competent authority (If Applicable)
  • Disability Certificate issued by the medical board. (If Applicable)

NEET MDS 2025 Result

The NTA NEET MDS Merit List Result is released on the official website. Candidates have to enter their registration number and date of birth to check the result. Moreover, the National Board of Examinations (NBE) is responsible for releasing the result. Candidates may not receive any notification regarding the release of the merit list. NBE NEET MDS Cut Off

The cut-off marks are basically the minimum qualifying marks, which a candidate needs to score to participate in the NEET MDS Counselling 2025 round. Further, cut-off marks are different for each category. The cut-off list is made available online on the official website. Candidates can further check out the table given below, wherein previous years cut off percentile is mentioned. You can refer to it for having an idea as to what could be the cutoff for this year.
