NEET 2019 Slot Booking: NTA will provide facility to take part Slot Booking in online mode by which the candidate can book NEET exam centre, duration and date to appear for the exam as per wish and availability to get the admit card and attend the test. The date, timing and venue selected will be mentioned on the hall ticket. From the next session 2019, National Testing Agency will be responsible for conducting slot booking of NEET 2019 for registered candidates. Once completed with the slot booking, candidates can download the admit card after 24 hrs.

Union HRD minister, Prakash Javadekar, recently made an important announcement that National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) will be conducted by NTA (National Testing Agency) twice from the next year 2019. Previously, NEET was usually conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). NTA has made some changes in the mode of conduct of NEET 2019 Exam. One of the major changes is NEET 2019 Exam will be conducted in online (computer-based test) mode. Previously, CBSE used to conduct NEET Exam in offline (pen-paper based) mode and there was no slot booking event. Registered applicants will be issued admit card once they have booked the slot. NEET Exam will take place in 8 shifts and students need to book a slot to take NEET 2019 from the next year.

Registered candidates need to book NEET 2019 Slot as per availability and choice in online mode. Students can book their exam slot along with online registration or NTA will open the window after receiving the applications. Slot Booking for NEET 2019
Candidates who have registered for the National Eligibility Entrance Test can follow the steps provided below to book a slot for NEET 2019 Exam.
- Click on the link “NEET 2019 Slot Booking”. Link will be activated here once it gets released. Clicking on the link will redirect to the official website.
- Enter valid password and application number.
- On logging, a notification will be displayed regarding slot booking.
- Fill in all the information carefully. Details once submitted cannot be changed later.
- Choose the examination center, date and duration as per choice and availability.
- If your preferred slot is available, then the confirmation message will be displayed on the screen otherwise you have to choose the test schedule as per the availability of slot.
- Now, choose and book one slot as per the availability.
- At last, click on the “Submit” button.

NOTE: It is advised that the candidates must book their NEET 2019 slot as soon as the window gets open because the slots will be served on first come first serve basis. NTA may or may not provide another chance to make changes in the booked slot.

NEET 2019 Admit Card
From the next session i.e 2019, National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Exam will take place twice, first in February and another one in May 2019. However, the candidate need not attend both the exams. However, it is not mandatory for the candidates to attend both the tests. The marks obtained in the two tests will be equated using standardization techniques, psychometric methods and best of the equated scores will be considered for admission. If the candidate takes a single test, then the score of that test will be considered as final for admission.
The NEET 2019 Admit Card will also be issued as per the examination schedule. The hall ticket will be published through the online mode on the NTA official website. Registered candidates done with the slot booking, will be issued Admit Card after 24 hrs. To generate the Admit Card enter valid Password and Application ID on the official website. After downloading the hall ticket, save, download & take print out of it. Applicants must carry the hall ticket on the examination day. Without Admit Card, candidates will not allowed to take the exam under any circumstances.
