MHT CET 2020 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates, in order to be able to apply for MHT CET, must satisfy certain guidelines set forth by the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE). These guidelines make the Maharashtra Common Entrance Test Eligibility Criterion and candidates must make sure that they clear them before starting with the MHT CET Registration.

MHT CET 2020 Application Form
Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MHT CET) started from 7th January 2020. DTE, Maharashtra released the MHT CET 2020 Application Form.
The MHT CET Online Application Submission is the four-step process:
- MHT CET Registration – Creation of Username and Password
- My Application – Filling up Application Form for MHT-CET 2020
- Upload of Photograph and Signature – Candidate must upload their recent Photograph and Signature in Online system
- Payment of Fees – Candidate can make payment of Fees using Online Payment mode or Offline (i.e Bank Challan Payment)
To successfully submit the MHT CET Application Form, candidates can follow the steps given below.
- To apply for MHT CET 2020, candidates must follow the link to the official website of State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra.
- Candidates must get themselves registered in order to fill the application form.
- Read the instructions carefully and proceed
- There are two methods for MHT CET Registration – one is Aadhaar, and the other is non- Aadhaar.
- For Aadhaar registration, candidates will be asked to enter in the unique UIDAI number
- Candidate’s Aadhaar Number can be validated either by Biometrics or by sending an OTP password to the registered mobile number
- Once the Aadhaar is validated, a candidate’s basic details will be displayed on the screen automatically.
- For the non-aadhaar candidates, the basic details have to be entered manually for every detail.
- Candidates then have to enter the academic details
- Scanned images of recent passport size photo and signature have to be uploaded
- The MHT CET application form will only be finalized after the payment of the application fee.
MHT CET Application Fee Payment 2020
The registration form processing fees as stated in the table given below is to be paid through the online system only by Internet Payment, Credit Card/ Debit Card (RuPay/ Visa/ MasterCard/ Maestro), Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards, etc. The application fee is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

MHT CET 2020 Admit Card
Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) has released the MHT CET hall ticket. Candidates who successfully register themselves will get the Admit Card for MHT CET 2020. The admit card contains information such as the MHT CET exam date, venue, time, and exam shift. Applicants must keep the MHT CET Admit Card safe and produce it at the time of the commencement of the Examination. The Admit cards are essential for the candidates as it the sole document that will grant them access to the examination venue.
MHT CET Syllabus 2020
Candidates prepare the exam from the syllabus given to them. Thus MHT CET 2020 Syllabus as per the subject is given below:

MHT CET Exam Pattern 2020
DTE has formulated the MHT CET 2020 Exam Pattern for the upcoming editions of Maharashtra Common Entrance Examination. Interested candidates should have an understanding of the exam pattern beforehand. Given below is the exam pattern for the MHT CET 2020 Examination.

MHT CET Answer Key 2020
Directorate of Technical Education, commonly known as DTE Maharashtra, has released the MHT CET Answer Key 2020. The answer key has released after MHT CET Examination in its official site. In order to download the answer key candidates have to log in to their registered account by entering their user name and password. Moreover, the MHT CET Answer key will contain the correct answers to the questions asked in the main Exam. Candidates can cross-check their responses during the exam with the answers given in the MHT CET Answer Key. This will allow candidates to make an estimation about the MHT CET score they might have secured in the MHT CET.
MHT CET 2020 Result
Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell has released the MHT CET Result. The results for Maharashtra Common Entrance Test 2020 is available in online mode. Candidates can check their respective MHT CET 2020 Result from the official website of State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra. The Result comprises the candidate’s test score and rank.
MHT CET 2020 Merit List
The Directorate of Technical Education, Maharashtra will release the MHT CET merit list after the exam has been conducted. The Maharashtra Common Entrance Test Merit list will publish the list online. The exam conducting body will publish the merit list based on the performance of the candidate. First, a provisional merit list will be released against which candidates have to file grievances (if any). In a few days, the final merit list will be released and eligible candidates are called for counselling on the basis of the final merit list.
MHT CET Entrance Exam Cut off
The cut off is the minimum qualifying marks that the candidate must obtain in order to qualify the examination. MHT CET cut off will be released after the results have been announced. In order to be eligible for admission to various institutes affiliated to MHT CET, candidates must obtain the cut-off. There will be separate cut-offs released by each institute and candidates must meet the cut off to be listed on the merit list.
MHT CET 2020 Counselling
The MHT CET counselling 2020 will commence after the declaration of the MHT CET result. The eligible and qualified candidates will be invited for the counselling on the mentioned date. The counselling will be held through Central Admission Process (CAP) in three rounds. If need be, there will be an extra CAP round called the spot round. The MHT CET Seat allotment for all candidates will be done on the basis of the merit list released. Candidates with a higher rank will be given more preference than those with a lower rank.
