Candidates aspiring to take admission in Undergraduate courses at MGSU are first required to fill the MGSU 2025 application form. Candidates are first required to visit the official website of the university, which is mgsubikaner.ac.in
Then click on the “admission link”
Under the admission tab, candidates will find the ‘register for application’. Candidates should click on that.
Candidates should then download the application form from the website, fill in their personal and academic details like name, parent’s details, residential details, percentage secured in 10+2 etc.
While filling the form, the candidate should make sure that they carefully choose the course that they’re applying to, according to their preference.
After filling the admission form, candidates must upload their scanned photograph and signature with the other documents.
When the required documents are uploaded, candidates should click on the ‘submit’ button.
After that, candidates must take a printout of the application form and send it with the application fee receipt of Rs 100/- with the mentioned documents to VC Secretariat, Maharaja Ganga Singh University, N.H.-15, Jaisalmer Road, Bikaner PIN-334004 (Rajasthan).
The document needs to be sent by post or hand between 10:00 A.M.-5:00 P.M.
The final selection of the candidate is based on 2-3 processes, primarily starting with the merit list, which is the collective data of the qualifying marks of the candidates. It will further be followed by counselling and documents verification process.
