KIITEE Eligibility Criteria 2025 (B.Tech)

  1. Candidates who must have passed or are pursuing a 10+2 level exam or equivalent exam in 2020, 2025, or appearing in the 10+2 examination in 2025 are only eligible to apply for the B.Tech (4 Years) course of the University.
  2. Aspirants must have scored at least an aggregate mark of 60% in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
  3. Also, candidates must have studied Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics in their 10+ 2 level exam.
  4. B.Tech & M.Tech.(Dual Degree) Biotechnology. Pass in 10+2 or equivalent with at least 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology took together.
  5. In addition to this, candidates must have been born on or after July 1, 2001

  • Pass in three years diploma course in Engineering with at least 60% marks in aggregate from State Council of Technical Education of any state.

KIITEE Exam Reservation Eligibility

  • The university provides seat reservations for all the candidates belonging to SC/ ST/ PC categories.
  • 30% of the seats of each category are for women candidates. However, it is only applicable for B.Tech/ B.Tech- M.Tech dual degree Biotechnology.
  • As per the eligibility criteria of KIITEE 2025, all the vacant seats will be converted to General Category.
  • Candidates belonging to the SC category have a reservation of 15 %, whereas candidates belonging to the ST category have a reservation of 7.5%. Also, PC category candidates have a reservation of 3%.
