KIITEE Counselling 2025: Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology conducting the phase 1 counselling process. on 1st week of June 2025. Every course will have a different counselling schedule. Every candidate must adhere to the counselling schedule in order to attend it. Hence, we are providing the schedule below.

KIITEE Counselling Step-Wise Procedure 2025

In order to participate in the counselling process, the candidates must know the process. Only those candidates who can participate in counselling find their names on the merit list. Also, the counselling will take place in offline mode.

Candidates who are yet to get their 12th results can fix their seats in their preferred course by submitting an undertaking. After the announcement of the 12th results, the candidates will have to submit the original document of their results. In case the candidates fail to do so, then it will lead to aspirants losing their candidature. Now, let us go through the KIITEE 2025 Counselling procedure.

Step 1: Filling of Choices

On the basis of the ranks in the merit list, the candidates have to attend the counselling. Further, candidates have to reach the counselling venue on the given date and time. Now, the candidates have to fill in their choices as per their preference.

Step 2: Verification of Documents

After filling in the choices, the candidates have to get their documents verified. Hence, all the candidates must carry the necessary documents. Any candidate who fails to produce the documents at the time of verification will lose their chance of getting admission. Therefore, ensure to carry the documents to the counselling venue. Further, the authorities will verify the documents closely and allow the candidate to proceed further.

Step 3: Allotment of Seats

In this step, the candidates will be allotted seats on the basis of their choice and other factors. Such factors are the availability of seats, candidate’s rank, etc. After analyzing these factors, the seats will be given. Further, in order to confirm the allotted seat, the candidates have to pay the counselling fee.

Step 4: Fee Payment

If the candidate confirms the seat, then they have to pay the necessary counselling fee. So, the payment can be done via DD (Demand Draft) in favour of KIIT, payable at Bhubaneswar.

NOTE: The counselling process will stop as soon as the seats are filled in a specific course.

Documents Required For KIITEE Counselling

• Admit Card of KIITEE
• Rank Card of KIITEE
• 10th Pass Certificate
• 12th Mark sheet and Pass Certificate
• Diploma Pass Certificate and three years Mark Sheet (for Lateral Entry Candidates)
• Relevant Certificate issued by the Competent Authority, clearly indicating the Reservation Criteria claimed by the candidate
• GATE Score Card (for M.Tech. GATE Qualified only)
• Demand Draft of Rs. 75,000/- which includes the Counseling Registration fees of Rs.10,000 (Non-Refundable) in favor of KIIT, payable at Bhubaneswar. The balance fee as per the fee structure is to be paid on the day of reporting.
