KIITEE 2019 CounsellingKIITEE 2019 Counselling: The counselling of KIITEE has been extended for the candidates who have missed it. All the qualified candidates will be able to participate in the KIITEE counselling that will be held in the offline mode. The counselling of KIITEE will be based on the merit and choices of branches filled in by the candidate. The Kalinga Institute of Technology will be conducting the KIITEE counselling 2019 for all eligible candidates. The seat allocation of KIITEE will be done on the merit of the candidate.

KIITEE Counselling 2019

The qualified and eligible candidates of KIITEE 2019 will be participating in the KIITEE counselling 2019. The KIITEE counselling held in the offline mode from 8th May 2019. The counselling of KIITEE 2019 will be done on the basis of the merit of the candidate. Every eligible candidate will be sent a counselling letter and he/she has to download the same. With the counselling letter and other documents, candidates must be present in person at the counselling venue on scheduled date and time.

Counselling Schedule of KITTEE 2019 – 1st Round

The KIITEE 2019 counselling schedule was released on the official website of KIITEE. All the candidates who will appear for the counselling of KIITEE 2019, will be required to first check the full counselling schedule and report on the given date and time with the required documents. The counselling venue, date and time, category and the ranks will be provided in the KIITEE counselling schedule.

The counselling venue for all the dates will be the same. Candidates will be required to report to the below-given address with all the required documents.


Attending Counselling on Behalf of the Candidate

Please note that in case the candidates feel that they cannot attend the KIITEE Counselling, they can send their parents to attend the same. Parents who are attending the counselling on behalf of the candidates will be required to bring additional documents like authorization letter from the candidate, identity proof with photograph and a certificate mentioning the name of the parent attending the counselling (Birth Certificate/10th Pass certificate). In such cases, admission will be purely provisional and seat allotment letter will be issued only after biometric verification of candidate.

Documents for KIITEE 2019 Counselling

It is advised that the candidates or their parents who are attending the KIITEE counselling on behalf of their wards, note down the below listed documents that have to be brought to the counselling venue on the scheduled date.

  1. KIITEE 2019 Admit Card
  2. KIITEE 2019 Rank Card
  3. 10th Pass Certificate / Marksheet
  4. 12th Marksheet (For Pass out candidates)
  5. 12th Admit Card (For Appearing Candidates)
  6. Two numbers of passport size colour photographs
  7. Demand Draft of Rs. 75,000/- which includes the counselling registration fees of Rs. 10,000/- in favour of KIIT, payable at Bhubaneswar. Cash payment will not be accepted.
  8. Reserved category
    (i) SC/SC(W)/ST/ST(W) – Relevant Certificate issued by the Competent Authority, clearly indicating the Reservation Criteria claimed by the candidate.
    (ii) PC/PC(W) – Physically Challenged certificate issued by authorized Medical Board.
