About JKCET 2020
Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examination (JKBOPEE) is responsible for conducting the JKCET 2020 examination. The exam is held once in a year and will probably be conducted in the fourth week of April 2020. It is a state level examination. The full form of JKCET is Jammu and Kashmir Common Entrance Test. The exam is conducted with a goal which is to provide admission to eligible students in various private and government colleges located within the state. Candidates are granted admission depending upon on their rank obtained in the exam. The qualifiers can take admission in different undergraduate programmes of B.Tech course as well as in Architecture. For taking the exam of JKCET 2020, aspirants need to first apply by filling JKCET Application Form 2020. They can start filling the form in the first week of February 2020.

JKCET 2020 Exam Pattern
Given below is the complete exam pattern of JKCET 2020. Students who will be appearing for the exam must take a look over it.
- Mode of Examination: The entrance test of JKCET 2020 will be held in offline mode. i.e. it is pen and paper-based test.
- Duration: The exam will be conducted for a duration of 3 hours
- Sections in the Question Paper: The question paper will have 3 sections namely Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics
- Total Number of Marks: Each section will be of 60 marks. Therefore, the total marks of JKCET 2020 examination are 180.
- Type of Questions: The questions will be of objective type.
- Total Number of Questions: There will be 60 questions from each section and hence the question paper will contain a total of 180 questions.
- Marking Scheme: 1 mark will be awarded for each correct answer whereas 0.25 marks will be deducted for each incorrect answer.
