GITAM GAT Eligibility Criteria 2025: Gandhi Institute of Technology And Management (GITAM) prescribes the eligibility criteria for candidates to appear in GITAM Admission Test (GAT). So, all the candidates need to fulfill the criteria in order to sit for the exam. The eligibility criteria contain age qualifications, passing class, domicile, etc. The eligibility criteria of GITAM GAT is a framework as per which the applications are accepted/ rejected. GITAM GAT Eligibility Criteria 2025

Gandhi Institute of Technology and Management lays down certain parameters for the acceptance of applications. Not every candidate is eligible for appearing in GITAM GAT. So, check the points below.

• Any Indian National can fill the application form for GAT Exam
• Candidates must have passed Class 12th or equivalent examination in 2025 or are appearing in 2025
• Also, candidates must have studied Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics in their 11th & 12th Standard
• Candidates who must have scored at least 60% aggregate in the previous qualifying exam are eligible for GITAM GAT

B.Tech Courses Eligibility

Candidates must have secured at least 60% aggregate marks in the 12th examination with Mathematics, Physics & Chemistry as compulsory subjects.

Biotechnology Courses Eligibility

Candidates must have secured a minimum of 60% aggregate marks in the 12th examination with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology, as compulsory subjects.

NOTE: Admissions shall be based on the order of merit i.e., rank obtained in GAT 2025/ JEE Main Ranks 2025/ AP & TS EAMCET – 2025 subject to the rule of reservation (SC/ ST/ PH candidates) as applicable to GITAM (Deemed to be University).

GITAM GAT Application Form 2025

After becoming familiar with the eligibility criteria, candidates can proceed with filling out the application form. The form has been released in online and offline modes. Hence, candidates, as per their ease, can apply for GITAM GAT. Go through the procedure of applying for GITAM GAT.

GITAM GAT Online Application Form

Those who wish to fill the form in online mode can follow the process given below.

1. Visit the official website of GITAM GAT
2. Click on the GITAM GAT Registration Link 2025
3. Provide candidate’s full name, email address, mobile number, etc for registration
4. Upon submitting these details, candidates will generate a login. This login will be sent to the candidates on their email ID and contact number
5. With the help of the login credentials, candidates have to start filling the form
6. Enter all the necessary details as per instructions. (It is mandatory to provide correct details)
7. Upload scanned images of photographs, signatures, documents, etc in the given format.
8. Now, pay the necessary GITAM GAT Application Fee via online/ offline mode.
9. Review the application carefully and click on the ‘Submit’ option.

GITAM GAT Offline Application Form

Candidates who are willing to fill the form in offline mode can do so by opting for any one of the methods given below.

• Candidates need to send their request on plain paper with their name as well as Email address to Director-Admissions, GITAM (Deemed to be University), Gandhi Nagar Campus, Rushikonda, Visakhapatnam – 530 045, Andhra Pradesh, INDIA. Along with the request, DD for Rs 150/- drawn in favor of GITAM (Deemed to be University) payable at Visakhapatnam on any scheduled bank needs to be attached.

• Candidates must also get the application forms from the Banks and later send it to Director-Admissions, GITAM (Deemed to be University), Gandhi Nagar Campus, Rushikonda, Visakhapatnam – 530 045, Andhra Pradesh, INDIA along with a DD for Rs 800, drawn in favor of GITAM (Deemed to be University), payable at Visakhapatnam on any scheduled bank.
